<mod snip> $150,000 bond is better than $15,000.

BS BS BS BS BS BS BS

IMOO, IMHO, IMNSHO

150k bond and GPS monitoring. No contact with victim's family, no possession of firearms, no alcohol, curfew from 7pm - 7am, no contact with witnesses.

Undecided if he can reside out of state.

in my opinion, Mr Zimmerman taking the stand and forcing Mr Martin's parents to listen to his apology reminds me of a small child caught being naughty toeing the floor, looking down and saying "I sorry" and then when still trouble saying "but I said I was sorry why am I still in trouble"

sorry or not, Mr Zimmerman needs to face what he's done and the court of law is the right place for it.
I figure he'll get bail so it won't shock me if he does

How can a prosecutor request that the defense not contact the witnesses in this case? Don't they have a right to discovery? That would include interviewing witnesses, wouldn't it? The pros basically just took one to the chin in this hearing.

The judge allowed the prosecutor to ask the question, and get an answer, and when asked if he remembered an email to Martin's father, he said no he didn't recall it. At that point, the Pros basically sat back down, without pursuing it although I don't think there were any objections to that questioning.

No that is not right, he asked about an email he sent to someone else about Mr. Martin. IMO

Since most on this board who are against Z wanted him to publicly apologize and show "remorse" - why be upset when he does it? I think he came off very humbly, and sincerely.

Wow...$150,000 dollar bond...

He will not be released today...he must advice LE of his location every three days...no contact with any witnesses....no alcohol no guns has a curfew....

Wow..has to bring it back if GZ will reside out of state..that LE has to decide...

Hearing tent for next friday....9am

JMO/IMO
Agree. It also indicates that Mr. Zimmerman is still a loose cannon. I can't believe his hopping up on the stand was MOM's idea, or endorsed by him.

The other thing it shows to me is that Zimmerman doesn't listen to advice, or have good judgement. I kinda like that he's so eager to show us all that.
