I believe he had it, but he wasn't allowed to put it into evidence as it wasn't in the cross. MOM objected about the texts and those weren't let in.

The judge allowed the prosecutor to ask the question, and get an answer, and when asked if he remembered an email to Martin's father, he said no he didn't recall it. At that point, the Pros basically sat back down, without pursuing it although I don't think there were any objections to that questioning.

The EXIF data from a digital camera/phone can be altered, but it would also require altering the GPS information, and using techniques that are unknown to law enforcement. LEO have tools that detect when digital images have been altered.

The cop said two lacerations on the stand just now. Consistent with being hit on the back of the head on concrete, he testified.

I wonder how many head bashings he has medically treated before ??? maybe he's a doctor and just does detective work on his off hours?? :juggle:..he is Not in any position to be able to accurately make that call medically nor physiologically what causes what result..

The thing I get out of this, GZ's testimony did not match the evidence..

He took the stand only to offer an apology to the loss of their son...

This looks like a mini SYG trial...

The autopsy will show alot...TM was shot at close proximity...

State has much more that just the PC affidavit...this is a life felony, an unarmed 17 y/o boy who was minding his own business not committing a crime...He has a nice family but where will he stay if you let him out..Our possiton is you have aperson mr Z who has comitted violent crimes shows a lack of adhearing to authoritity...he confronts that officer and now is some kind of self defense...this is not somebody who has not been in trouble before..he is still a danger to the community and the bond should be one million..

I believe the State has alot of evidence disproving the claims....GZ's testimony doesn't match the evidence..

TM has a right to self defnese he was the one being followed but we won't get into that now...

I really need to get my arse in gear...waiting for the judge's order...something happened I can't view videos..I think I need to download adobe....update..

150K bond. Good that the judge noted that his earlier skirmish was routine, and he was given a mild injunction for that, and so the court is considering the case at hand, not the mild history.
