Not least Kiomarie- according to this interview in July 08 she thought it the most likely spot right from the earliest days.

YouTube - ‪Joyce Bailey Dickens 7/22/08 (Anthony's Neighbor)‬‏

ZsaZsa..thank you so much for this tape. Everyone should llisten to this. It is a treasure trove of information. So as of August 8, LE was made aware of Suburban Dr. This couple is pricelss.

Did you catch the part where kio had talked to ICA about 7/9/08 and she heard a child in the background? Is it possible ICA used that tape she took of Caylee babbling away in her highchair. ICA never said one word on the tape and it was eerie to me..the way she kept pointing the camera at the baby but wouldn't let Caylee see her. I think she used this tape when talking to people to fake them out that she had Caylee nearby.

Holy Cow!!!

That scenario he mentioned made my blood run cold!

He said this on August 8, 2008.

Prior to Tropical Storm Fay but after the time in which Dr. G said that Caylee's body was no doubt skeltonized!!

Hmmmmm. Wonder if he had any of his ethical little investigators in the woods off Suburban between July 17 and August 8? Wonder if it was at the same time there was a press conference or any other distubance (distraction) being held elsewhere that would have taken attention away from the Hopespring/Suburban area?

(Can you tell I don't put anything past Baez and his questionable ethics, lol?)

What scenario did he talk about? The guy was talking about other lawyers saying JB is in over his head and JB said if someone else wants to get her a better bond, come help. What did I miss?

ETA: Do you mean the 'head over here and the rest over here....you can't sew them together and go on....' part?

So here on this page is the proof that several people believed that Caylee could be located off of Suburban Drive. If this got out to RK, it is no wonder he kept trying to go there and find Caylee. It could have, by chance, been played or overheard at the station. LE had Tess search there and they didn' t see anything but wanted to wait till water subsided but never returned.

IIRC, Dominic C(?) or Hoover(?) said that JB had told them if they find a body on that Nov search, NOT to call LE first. Maybe they needed to remove the Winnie the Pooh blanket ICA told JB she had wrapped Caylee in, or other evidence implicating ICA.

Anyone else remember that JB told PI's NOT to call LE if a body was found?

And possibly remove any indicators that would point to a 'kidnapping', i.e., the duct tape. She may have been sitting in jail for the past three years because she knew that if she told anyone where the body was, she would have a lot of explaining to do about why there was duct tape over her mouth. Nobody in their right mind would sit in jail for three years unless the real truth would hurt them.

I also believe that ICA put the duct tape over Caylee's mouth, but am still uncertain about the "why". It could have been been to close off her breathing or it could have been placed on there to make it appear as though she were kidnapped, backing up her own Zanny lie. I haven't seen anything to rule out either theory. ICA claims it was an 'accident' she had nothing to do with causing Caylee's death, nor did she have anything to do with the disposal of the body, yet has a panic attack when Surburban Drive is mentioned.

....and if you remember it was LP that knew this. He told the public that Hoover and DC were in those woods and there's proof. He said a camera was used and sure enough...he was right. DC said that he was talking to a psychic about the location....okiedokiethen.

So LP does know some details about this case, crazy as he seems sometimes. I do not buy his idea that LE listened in on a private conversation to get the info, then pass it to RK's GF. But there is something there about why DC and Hoover were right there searching right before Kronk found the body.

Maybe RK is like us WS'ers. Just very curious about this case. I also read he was a bounty hunter and bail bondsman at some time in his life. Not sure if it's true, but maybe he just thought those woods were a logical place to look. He did in August, tried to report it, LE did not find. Then TS Faye, flooding, but still he felt he knew what he saw but couldn't search again until the area was not flooded anymore. I think he was pretty sure of what he saw and had to back again to find it when he could.

Those neighbors are quite likeable. They sure had an inkling of what was going on. Oh my, what a web they weaved when they practiced to deceive!

WOW! Thank you. Am so glad you found that! What a loose mouth and ill-fitting professional demeanor.

LE taped that conversation with the neighbors. There is a chance it was played back at the station for review. It could have been discussed...and overheard but so what? No big deal.

RK reminds me of a good sleuther and if he was told or had a gut instinct, so be it. He wasn't the only one that thought she was in that area. I know I did and if I did, I am sure hundreds of other people thought so too. I figured she was out near the pond/resovoir just by a map and knowing ICAs profile. ICA was pretty easy. She was a creature of habit. If Kronk was a bounty hunter, he had this figured out too. LP thought she was in Blanchard Park and that was a very good place too, because ICA pinged there alot during the first week.

It sure does irk me a helluva lot that Baez and ICA would pull this over on everyone. He had LE's hands tied with all his phony leads. Of course cindy was no slouch on that either. They tied up personnel so tight, there was no breathing room. Baez's interest was to protect ICA and he didn't give a d#$n about Caylee.

LP wasn't actually the one who bailed ICA out, it was his nephew...then Lenny decided to jump in the big middle of it for the publicity! If he were credible he could have been a HUGE witness for the prosecution but his tales are almost as bad as ICA's...& he wasn't around there that long before ICA pitched a fit & told him to get out of "her" house! This is what po'ed Lenny, I think, it messed up his plans!

That's when the yarns began & his first little 15 minutes of fame was the J Blanchard Park dive where nothing was found....he did this against Tim Miller's advise....he's a trip!

Actually, he started his first 15 minutes of fame in this case BEFORE he got to Florida to bail her out: he put out a press release to the media of his intentions to bail her out and had media waiting on him when he landed at the airport. As a matter of fact, it was an unnamed media bigwig that got him involved in the first place, that he has yet to name. (I, along with others, thinks it was Geraldo... we could be wrong, but even LP has said it is a household name in the industry that contacted him first. That is one of the big mysteries I want answered with this case... who involved this charlatan.)

I know many think LP has a "good heart" and came into this case with the best of intentions, but in reality his actions speak of someone that will think nothing of lying in the gutter to make a dollar. Good for George calling LE on him, and shame on this show for giving LP one second of media attention... he needs to just go away, period. From lying to setting pedophiles free, LP does not care... if it is a dollar to be made then he is there. Case-in-point: his desire to BAIL OUT AND SET FREE INTO SOCIETY the pedophiles that kidnapped and impregnated Jaycee Dugard.

*snip*

Earlier in the day, police announced that Dugard, kidnapped 18 years ago from her South Lake Tahoe home, had turned up alive in the Bay Area. Her alleged kidnappers, Phillip and Nancy Garrido, are now in jail, and Padilla is pondering the chance to spring the accused on bail. Even out here on the park bench, several hundred yards away from his office where a giant flat-screen TV blares CNN, the prospect excites him.

“I’ll pay the premium if you post the bonds,” he barks into his phone. “It’s what? Three million on one, four on the other? I’ll bet we can get $2.5 million for them.”

Padilla clicks his phone shut and smiles.

“I told my nephew Tony, ‘Post the bond and I’ll sell the interview to NBC or ABC.’”

You didn't miss anything. Baez wanted her out of jail. He was begging for bond to be lowered and along came LP. ICA said she would talk if he bonded her out and the first thing she does is clam up once she was home safe and sound. Her parents allowed her to stay there and not talk. She spent all of her days every day at Baez's office. She made a complete fool out of LP. I hope he gets the last laugh

Thanks everyone for all your post. I don’t watch these shows, and for that reason my TV is safer, otherwise I would be buying a new one every day.

Maybe Geraldo is the media guy LP talked to initially- he's buddies with Baez, right?

I'm not going to get into a spitting contest with anyone regarding LP. If you care to drag his name down, there is no way to stop it...but the same thing can be done to the other one who is well regarded as a hero. He, also, may not live up to scrutiny if facts were known.

Or she drove out there with a backpack of Cayless clothes (they haven't even found her clothes yet). She dumped them to continue the kidnapping theory - of course the airport is where LE would lose the trail of the kinapper and waste hundreds of hours looking for Caylee both alive and dead.

I am sure there is a bag of Caylees clothes out there waiting to be found.

This made me think of something...did anyone ever find out what happened to Caylee's bear? The one ICA took away from CA?

I believe LP has a lot of useful information. He does come up with some doozies though. But I wish he could do an hour interview to get everything he wants to say out. He has more to tell, IMO.

Thanks. This tells me why he really bonded ICA out of jail.

Ok, thanks. What I find astounding is when the reporter says other lawyers are saying he's in over his head, JB's response is "I don't care."

He should care.
And his death-penalty-case client should care.

Sigh!

One of the things that has made this case a circus from early on is LP. And the true tragedy of it is how believable he comes across on tv and interviews. He is riveting in his theories and stories. You just can't take you eyes away and they seem so plausible when you first hear them.

and yet neither LP nor his staff appear on either the prosecution nor the defences witness lists. I don't believe any of them were deposed under oath. Hmmm? Funny why is that given the contact that they had with the case and the defendant? I mean people like Tim Miller are on those lists? Hmmm?

We have been watching LP for three years (to the day) now around these boards. You will note that the title of the place is "Websleuths". We don't take statements at face value. We look into things. In 3 years I don't think one single thing that LP has said on TV or in public has turned out to be in fact true. Not one single "discovery" or theory of LP has been used in the prosecution or defense of this case. He has outright slandered GA, RK, LA, LE, ZFG the list goes on and on. It says something when the National Enquirer has a much better track record for getting things right than this guy. He is not some knowledgeable participant. He is a media attention *advertiser censored* who inserted himself into the investigation of a child's disappearance and murder for personal profit and aggrandizement. He is a vulture. He has interfered in the legitimate investigation, prosecution and ultimate justice for that child Caylee Marie Anthony.

LP is a narcissistic liar on roughly the same scale as the defendant herself. It is truly scary how many of LP's lies and stories find their way into common discussion as facts or truth in this case.
