Will states that he & Casey were suppose to hang out once; the Saturday before she was arrested [referencing after the party July 12] and we couldn’t because Tony’s roommate broke his hand or something. And we were going to hang out the Friday night before the pictures came out [referencing July 11] at some sake bar, a Chinese restaurant downtown. [Note: The pictures with Casey dancing at Fusian are from June 20 which makes me wonder if Will has his date reference wrong and this should be June 21 although there are no released phone records that show any contact prior to July 4.]

LE asked Will W. about a Crime line Tip: Winter Park arrested a kid on 7/26; Ryan H. said Will W., Casey’s supposed boyfriend had been in an accident and brought her car in repair. Unknown mechanic, unknown garage stated the car smelled like a dead animal. Will did not know who Ryan was, then he remembered his friend Dusty M. [This may be an incorrect spelling] has a buddy who just got arrested and his name is Ryan. Will states that this Ryan and Dusty where at the July 4 party. Dusty works for the government over off Alafaya, he does trouble shooting government armory, police vests and stuff like that. Gives phone number of Dusty.

Just want to say - I worked the cell pings for this day a while back and it does not pan out exactly the way WW says. Bringing my post over from another thread....

I have something odd - probably not significant - but may have caught WW in a little fib?

He says that on July 5 he texted Casey in the morning and she showed up at his house at 9:30 am - and they went to lunch at about 11:30-12 near Millenial Mall - then shopped at Target and Ikea till about 4pm.

Well the day before is when Casey went to his place with Amy - they went to see fireworks at Lake Eola - then back to his place - Casey left at around 1 am.....That all checks out according to pings - but....

It looks like after that they are going back and forth all night (early morning) via phone - no duration on calls - must be texting? Anyway - there is no call near 9:30 am - when he says she called right before she came to his door - and I don't see Casey leaving Amy and Ricardo's place and start pinging at WW location till 12:55 (two minutes prior still pinging Amy's) - at 2:55 they start pinging near the Millenial Mall - and by 5pm she has left the mall area and is pinging elsewhere (probably working her way towards the airport to pick up Tony)

So why does he say she came at 9:30am - when it was really 3.5 hours later? Why say lunch at 11:30-12 when it had to have been 1.5 hours later?

She was pinging at Amy's all the while before - so she wasn't out doing something related to Caylee I don't think.

Just strange.

PS - if anyone has the time to do a double check for me that would be cool - I'd hate to be putting this out there and be mistaken. Thanks.

I want more info on this WW,and also "Ryan".IMO, there is something more we need to know about both (or one) of them. Pure speculation on my part,but I am thinking accomplice in some capacity.

I don't have the tower locations with this but unless they are sitting in the same place texting each other they are not together. The July 4th date there is an outgoing phone call to Tony L. at 3:37PM and then again at 12:05AM on July 5th . There is a scattered texts between 9:30PM to midnight but Casey is not on the phone with Tony L. at the time fireworks would be going off at Lake Eola. It would be good and dark about 9:15PM or so. Plus I would like to know how she would be able to hear on the phone with fireworks?

Your welcome...only about a zillion more interviews to go...working my way down the list. Trying to track where Casey was and when, when she called or sent text to people according to who all says what in the statements.
Helps with picking up on discrepencies between statments.
Sure is a pain in the neck. These people cannot remember dates and times... but then when you are asking about stuff that happen about a month to six weeks out....LE must be going nuts trying to figure this out.

There is one single outgoing call to Tony L. at 9:26:23 and then one incoming call from Tony L. at 9:27:09 for 9.9 min. and no calls again to Tony L. unitl 12:45:02 July 5th.

Shadow - I re-read the WW interview and this does seem to fit with the information you have posted. He might be off a little with the time of the conversation but he says that Tony and KC were talking at around 9:10 pm. According to the phone records above, Tony does call her at 9:27, so this could be correct - don't you think?

The ping info from the night of the 4th puts Casey where WW says she was - she's just not talking to Tony the whole while like he claims. Maybe she was just lying to him about who she was talking to...or he's just exaggerating.

The next day is what has me confused tho - why does WW have his times off so much?

She's pinging at Amy's from the time she left WW in the early morning hours of 7/5 - with about a few hours of phone down time early in the morning - till she gets back to WW's in the afternoon of 7/5.

It doesn't appear from pings like she left Amy's - unless you think about that down time. I assumed she was sleeping - she had to sleep some time - but you never know.

It's been eating away at me as to why WW is so off on the times. The only thing I keep coming back to is that maybe Casey wanted him to tell everyone that she got there earlier than she really did - for some nefarious reason. And he went with it cuz he was so smitten with her.

Could WW have lied initially to LE cuz he wanted to sort of help out Casey - but then when he realized the seriousness of the situation - came clean with what he knew - even if it didn't seem like much at the time?

I did read the texts to Amy made by WW - and it does not seem like he had any involvement - but I just can't reconcile the time discrepancies.

Has anyone else looked at the ping info from that day and reached the same conclusions as me regarding the times WW gave?

What do you all think?

As far as the time frame of the fireworks if you go by what everyone else does. They start when it gets dark and last as long as what can be afforded by whomever is doing it. There is a video of the fireworks display that shows total run time as about 45 minuets. So I would say from about 9:00PM to 9:45PM or there abouts. That is only a guess. I could not find any news articles that gave a detailed account of times.
The calls that are put on the above post on the are only the activity for just the time period of 8:30PM to 9:45PM.
From 6:00PM to 8:47 Casey is on the phone with calls, text both incoming and outgoing. Casey was not speaking or text anyone from 8:48PM-9:26PM. She spoke to Tony form 9:27PM to 9:36PM. From 9:36PM to her next outgoing text is at 11:59 PM Casey only received incoming text during that time but did not make calls or text herself.

Casey is on the phone a lot every day, sometimes for 18-20 hours. The phone is practically glued to that girl’s ear.

Casey's 10-minuet conversation with Tony is about the only time she was on the makingphone calls or text that night during the fireworks and even afterward. She did receive incoming text but Incoming text does not mean she was using her phone. Only outgoing calls and text mean that she was using her phone.
So that is what I based my opinion on that Will W. statement about Casey being on the phone the whole time the fireworks was going to be untrue or at least greatly exaggerated.
As far as JPC there is hardly any calls or text to him at all from June 15th to July 15th. I don't have the early records yet. There is a whole group of people working to get them put onto spreadsheets and the pings mapped out.

I feel the same way. I can't tell if the guy just did not pay that much attention and instead of saying he does not know what time this happen or what time we did this or that he makes it out that he knows and now it just does not match up to what the phone records show.

If he thinks he is helping her out and accounting for her time then why would he do that? He knows that a child is missing when LE speaks to him. Why would he get himself in a jam? There is no phone activity with Will before the 5th of July. He makes it sound in the interview like there was not really much contact with her after the party, a few text and a call or two and that he has not seen her since the July 5th. I do not have all of Will's text and calls pulled from the records yet. There is activity, not as much as with other people but more than what Will makes it sound like.
Is that just his interpertation. Maybe. I jusy do not get why he would claim he was with her for most of the day on July 5th when the phone records don't show this. Maybe he thought that LE would not check it out.
