Oh......so there are other shovels that Casey may have used to do the final burial off BCR, while a well dressed man pretending to fish on a cell phone just stood there, as the x-ray vision scrap metal (can collector) dude and his mysterious buddy drove by reallyyyyyyy slow to witness her walk out of the woods, open her trunk, and almost damn near knock her hat off while struggling with that shovel and bag?????? For the love of God, please tell me LE has been back to the home to collect the other shovels?:waitasec:

one thing that bothers me, I don't know if Mr. Kovach mentioned this or noticed or if it is feasible.

OK, it's end of June in SOUTH FLORIDA....it is hot, humid, sticky summer.....If Casey is hard at work digging a grave in this weather, wouldn't she have been sweat-soaked, drippy? (not to be crude but like a wet-Teeshirt).....

I dug out some bushes/weeds from my garden around this time in humid NJ, I looked like someone had dumped a bucket of water on my head, this was in the first 30 mins.

Time will tell of course if this guy is legit. But the neighbor from whom she borrowed the shovel for an hour never mentioned any sweat either. So I don't think that should be the factor that is used to discount this guy's account.

nononono...i'm sorry, i'm not discounting the new witness at all, I just don't think that Casey dug a grave, i think she left the animals and elements to do the work.

Hopefully, they took all the shovels at the A fam house...but I don't recall them being listed. I would have to research that. It would explain why the one hanging in the garage looked almost new tho. (Still doesn't explain why it is in the garage instead of the shed.)

Casey spent a lot of cash which remains unaccounted for with receipts. Why couldn't she have purchased one and tossed it away later?

Btw~ Until the search has concluded or until LE says they have proof it isn't credible (as they have done with every alive sighting of Caylee)...I tend to believe this witness account. He didn't need x-ray vision so I don't know where you get that point. You can't debunk his story on what you are saying here.

You know what I think you may be right. His son is the one she returned it to. But I remember the question being asked about Casey looking dirty, etc.
So I need to go read...

Casey DID give the shovel back to the neighbor and NOT his son. LE specifically asked him if he saw any sweat on her to which he replied no.

So does this fact make anyone question what she was really doing with this shovel for an hour if she showed no signs of sweat?

I just read Brian B's statement to LE, and I have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. Is he not the neighbor who said he heard the big fight between Casey and Cindy on the 15th? He says he got back from Chicago on the 16th at 6:00, so it obviously couldn't have been him. Does anyone know the name of the neighbor who claims they overheard the big fight?

Interesting, I've never heard the name Bailey D. in this case before.

And now I know who MF is, I wish he'd do more reporting on the case, he was awesome last year during the Stacy P. case.

That Globe article sounds so silly and over dramatic. Alot of what its reporting isnt even factual, its like it took tidbits of real testimony and stretched it to sound much worse and bizarre. (for example the adoption idea)

And I wonder why we didn't see a LE interview with this neighbor? Seems like someone reporting a "big fight" between Cindy and Case the day before Caylee disappeared would definitely have been interviewed by the cops.
