Not sure yet on outcome of initial motion re: picture - I expect a further hearing

So it looks like a tentative October trial date and the whole she-bang should only take 4 weeks? I would imagine it will drag longer, but who knows.

I think B objecting to the video proves something.He is not thinking it will say "oh my God my baby is dead", he is thinking it will say"OMG they FOUND her,I'm cooked".

KC seems really nervous standing there with her parents right there. I think JB told her to say hi so she gave a lil smirk smile to them. I think she doesn't want to be bothered with her parents. IMHO.

State asks to discuss a trial date in September. After labor day and jury selection Sept 15th.

Strickland says it will be tenetive

Baez wants October

State argues 6 months is plenty.

Strickland says Sept dates are fine but there maybe more work before then.


I hope it is Sept. im sick of this case and ready to see her rot!
