And he never backs up his argument with proof or law. IMO he doesn't quite understand that in court you need to convince the judge that the law says something, and prior cases agree with you. You can't just stand up there and say "its unfair" and then give no reason why legally you're right.

We should add the judge to our prayers too!

He just cites the constitution...fair trial, fair trial, fair trial. Got it JB...and let's hope that Caylee gets what's fair, too.

I think it was classic KC. Narcissistic and malignant. My guess is she is still blaming her parents for all that has happened. They made me have Caylee. I never wanted it. I had to do what I had to do to have a real life. It's all their fault. The flashed smile with no lingering glance. The brief aside as she leaves. She is punishing them! And my guess is GA and CA have tremendous feelings of guilt (probably unwarranted) What could we have done to change the outcome; how could we have been better parents; What if I hadn't blown up at Casey that fateful weekend. Would Caylee still be alive today if we had done things differently. I'm no fan of CA, and just feel sorry for George -- but the truth is we've all seen and heard of far more dysfunctional families than this -- without a mother murdering her child (IMHO). KC is an empty vessel. And she WILL pay the price.

As for the presumed relationship (however benign) with JB, it almost feels like a weird stockholm syndrome -- I think someone here described it as aptly as insular -- can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe a professional here can better articulate or dismiss what that relationship might be.

Just had to vent a little -- so many lives changed forever by a vacuous homicidal little creep! Just an opinion, of course.

I think she's still fuming that her wishes weren't honored about burial.

ITA. She was worried about covering her tookus. I still think it speaks VOLUMES that so many of us were glued to our computers/tvs the day at JBP and she barely batted an eyelash...and then when Caylee finally really was found, she had a pseudo nervous breakdown.

Her "anxiety" was not for her dead daughter, but for herself. Disguting, on every level.

Is this the night it is alleged that Caylee was present? Its weird that nobody has sold their pics of this night to the media. Wonder why?

I too am surprised pics haven't been sold. I just noticed the guy with his back to the camera behind KC is taking a pic of the two girls. Certainly other people have pics and I would think someone would have tried to make a buck or two from the pics by now. What's holding them back?

Reported on NG that the new lawyer is a civil suit lawyer from California who specializes in Accident reconstruction....

Whatever use will a specialist in accident reconstruction be? Unless, of course, he's going to reconstruct the 'accidental' death of precious little Caylee. And I don't think the court will allow they to engage in a fictional endeavor any more than they absolutely have to. So I ask again -- what possible use can this lawyer be?
