If it turns out that His GF does work at the jail & somebody overheard Jose & Casey then the entire case could be Jeopardized.

Jose would be in Court screaming his head off that LE was listening in on his conversations with Casey.

He would actually have a point ....

It can't be true can it.....????

Back before Caylee was found and we all were guessing if KC confessed to JB and all that, I thought someone said if JB had info about where the body was then he was obligated to tell LE. If thats true and this story is true couldn't JB be in hot water?

I don't think it's true at all, I wonder who Kronk's g/f's name is? I would love to know if she really works at the jail. I would want to know this before I even thought of the other part being true, ya know? Too bad he isn't married lol, it would be easy to find her.

And another thing is that RK first went to the area back in August, and called LE a couple of times. So that would date the overheard conversation back several months before Caylee was actually found. I think RK has already explained why he didn't return until December (his work schedule) and if he'd been sitting on a certainty that Caylee was there, would've gone back sooner. MOO

JB is going to grill AH over her testimony with clever questions to try to draw out inconsistencies and then try to claim AH is either not credible or, a liar or, get some snippet beneficial to defense or, all three.

It seems to be a part of the gauntlet as part of our justice system .... I have run the gauntlet and, as someone testifying with the truth ... the Defense can really mess you around and drive you crazy. Trip you up.

My thoughts are with AH that she can be strong, be truthful and, be consistent.

No, I don't think so. Snitches are welcome. That's why all visits are filmed and taped, to see what can be gained for evidence.

O.J.'s confession to Rosy Grier that was overheard by prison guards was ruled nonadmissable because of "clergy privilege".

Visits with attorneys are not filmed because of attorney client privilege.

I still don't believe Casey confessed anything to JB, but I do believe she told her brother, either directly or gave him enough clues, who in turn tipped off the family-hired PIs.

I think it would be thrown out...All of it.

I can't see any Judge allowing into trial any evidence that was gathered through LE listening in on an Attorney - Client conversation.

It would set a dangerous precedent & Casey would definitely have grounds for an appeal.

I just hope it isn't true.....Maybe LP is just WRONG once again

LP isn't saying LE deliberately gathered evidence by listening in. He is saying that RK's girlfriend listened in, overheard where Caylee was and told RK.

I think Caylee's body and things found with Caylee could be in jeopardy of being thrown out IF that is what happened.

Remember LP also said that RK got the location through his boss who was supposedly an Anthony neighbor.

I think LP is just theorizing a lot and none of it will mean anything in the end. The only way I can see evidence being thrown out at trial is if LE had acted improperly or gotten it without a search warrant ~ which didn't happen. MOO

If this baby gets "thrown" out O-N-E more time-----guess I will have to drag my nearly dead self down to Fl. and have a word with the devil in Fl. Caylee was thrown out, as is trash-------by her &^$@ mother------and every time I see this "family" not standing up for Caylee-----i see them driving by her "dumping place"---rolling down their window and spitting on her YET again.

The P.I.s were there in November.

I would guess that the interview with Cindy and George where Cindy looks awful is shortly after Lee told his parents that Casey admitted Caylee was dead. The kidfinder lady did all the talking. There was supposed to be an exclusive Nancy Grace about the Meet and Greet that got cancelled.

I think the P.I.s were looking for Caylee's body at around the same time, IIRC.

What the defense is probably looking for is what Amy is going to say. They will try and get all of the info out of her that they can so they have an idea what her testimony is going to be at the trial.

The opposite side depo'd me for a Custody battle and for a Civil Suit (Wrongful Death). It's probably not any different in a murder case. They just want info. If at trial you give the Pros a different answer about something they can remind you that you said something different when they depo'd you on such and such a date.

Exactly what I'm thinking now. They want to know what she'll say so they can prepare a cross-exam of her, and if possible try to discredit her as much as possible. She certainly isn't going to be the only witness they depose, but probably Nancy picked up on this tonight because what AH has to say can be so damaging to the defense. MOO

That is what I am afraid of, that or it will in some way damage the credibility of Kronk who made the discovery.
