I know many of us are still waiting for that CD of discovery containing a "missing" interview with CA. What's going on with that?

I think we will all regret wanting to hear it so bad once we hear CA blather on :lol

I know I am! I think it might be a good one. There's got to be some reason the defense is holding back on release of these latest docs for so long.. Do these contain a few more nails in the coffin? Is this why they came out shouting ICA's innocence last week? You know how that like to campaign right before a bad bomb is dropped..

Forgive me if this info is out there somewhere but I am waiting to read the transcript or here the phone call between LA and KC. It would have had to been on 7/25 because on the 26th LA tell KC that he now knew the calls were being recorded. He said that if he had know he would have either not said something or asked things differently. I would like to know what was said in that phone call. I can't find it anywere.

I am waiting to hear, which now we won't since she can no longer have any contact with the family, WHY none of them, especially Lee in all his investigative work never ask her: 'Since you were not 'working', where did you go everyday and what did you do and with whom did you spend your time'.

(There lays his answers).

If this ever did occur, would someone please point me to the conversation. TIA. The conversation in these tapes are 'over the top' and yet tell nothing except same ole carp. I can't wait til the trial........bring it on.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Court records show that the state attorney’s office has turned over almost 50 pages of documents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Casey Anthony Case.

It’s unknown what is in the documents. They are now in the hands of Anthony’s defense team.

I'd like to hear the Sutton Pl. friends on poly explaining how they never smelled anything strange about Casey's car while it was parked there etc

1.Who do you have in mind by "more peoples hair" to compare?

2. Who is ZCG? A Poly of a "bunch of other people" do you mean the Anthony family?

3. Did Casey have a History of seizures?..I only recall 1 incident she was taken to the ER but I remember it being officially ruled a seizure? Though I could be wrong, I thought that info came from Jesse's LE interview.

4. Why would have been the reason for the Sutton place friends to decide to walk to wherever Casey parked her car, open it and smell inside?

Add me to the list of "ready for another doc. dump" :blushing:

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Forty-eight pages of documents were turned over Friday to Casey Anthony's defense team.


Waiting for the above Discovery, and the Missing Cindy tape to been released via Sunshine Laws..unless there is something contained in the docs that prevents them from being released

Given the reports in today's news thread about a doc release coming Tuesday I thought I would bump this thread.

In one report it says that there will be new items in this doc dump but I have a feeling that most of it will be a rehash of info we've already seen. My question is when is the deadline for all discovery as I don't remember if one was set or what that date is?

That and given that we just passed the deadline for depo's wouldn't it have been prudent for the state to release all that it has to the defense before the depo deadline?

I know some have been holding onto the idea that there is a smoking gun yet to be released but (I'm one of those) I think we would have seen it released before the Oct 31 depo deadline.

We know there are some things missing such as the investigators going out to Cali to interview MH. So where is that interview. Perhaps the prosecution isn't using it in the case?

This dump could have been released to defense earlier and SA is just getting around to releasing it to the public now. Maybe JB asked SA to hold onto it until they had a chance to fully look at the material. Possibly a couple of weeks ago???? jmo
