I would like to know more about the driver's license that was taken from ICA, the payment of tickets of ZFG during the times ICA was in and out of jail, and if ICA was using ZFG's ID before Caylee was killed.

There are many, many threads about this. Try searching for them, it should be in the late 2008 early 2009 time frame.

We don't know exactly what type of ID, if it was an ID, was removed from the bag by the officer at the Anthonys in front of CA and LA. That info has not be disclosed.

I would really like to see how Zenaida is explained. It seems so bizarre that Casey was using this name or at least Zani if I recall, for much more than the 1 month before Caylee was gone. Than somehow, she comes across a real Zenaida at Sawgrass. How could KC have gotten information from the registration of Zenaida Gonzales visiting Sawgrass? Was she right there listening or did she steal it somehow? This has always seemed peculiar. Also, wasn't Zenaida Gonzales visiting the apartment the same week that Caylee goes missing? Do I remember this correctly?

We don't know. Some have theorized that her hands may have been taped, because there was an extra piece of duct tape (not on the body) that was found with the remains.

The post-mortem leaking is the first thing I thought of when I heard about the duct tape. However, Cayley's hands were taped also, and in this scenario that doesn't make sense at all. Why tape the hands after death?

There's no evidence that Caylee's hands were taped, only conjecture.

This isn't exactly evidence, but I would LOVE the State to ask TL and all of ICA's "Fusion Friends" if they had ever met "Zani" since ICA alleges that "Zani" went to Fusion all the time and that's why she was out partying there while her daughter was missing - doing her own "investigation." You would think if "Zani" was at Fusion all the time and ICA was at Fusion all the time then certainly ICA would have introduced her to her friends at some point and they would have all hung out - especially since ICA and "Zani" were so close, vacationing together and whatnot. Always bothered me so much!

ETA - Just also wanted to say I know none of her friends ever actually met "Zani" - I would want the State to ask this to show the jury another of ICA's lies and to prove she was not looking for anyone in those 31 days.

On the stain pictures from the trunk one of our own WSer's enhanced the picture and it appears Caylee's upper arms may have been taped from behind. It's just an impression but it would explain the fourth piece of tape at the remains site.

FYI: If DT claims Caylee was already deceased from an accident when KC taped her what would be the point in restraining her arms. This is why I think SA will get to use enhanced pictures of the trunk from the FBI. If DT brings it up, it opens the door. jmo

Me too. Then I won't even have to watch the rest of the trial. I can slap my head, and say...OMG...now I get it. I FULLY understand why ICA has spent nearly 3 years behind bars. JB could have explained it waaaaay back when...but then he wouldn't have earned all that money. ICA wouldn't have earned all of the notariety. After all, she is a household name now. I guess ICA liked all those commissary snacks far better than she likes chili.

But I am so glad after tomorrow at 9:02 a.m. I will finally understand.

This has bothered me since I first read about it and now I can't find my way back to the place I could read it again. (Help , anyone???)
but I THINK, IIRC, that it was "if they never find HER"......and after 3 years I still don't know what she meant by that and was wondering if POSSIBLY she was telling TL that if they never find the invisinanny that she would go to jail, as she was , apparently, desperately trying to keep T as her "boyfriend" and so planted another "seed" about Zanny/ Nanny. Just nagging me.
I would really like to read that in context again.
