This will prove that the running out of Gas story is a lie

She has no excuse for "Abandoning" her car there then.

Yes......If the car was NOT out of gas then this is an excellent piece of evidence.

It's proof that she abandoned her car.....

Leonard: If cameras properly positioned, there could be evidence. Believes LE would've released this video long ago if anything of value on it.

That would account for the delay in their release

RG: Just one more step in bad case management for JB to talk to the media, to rebut scientific evidence when he has a known expert LKB on his defense team who would be better to talk about the evidence.

JL: The idea that defense is going to media giving interview when client faces DP is insane and playing with someone's life.

Nancy is behind the times. We have already determined that KC and AH purchased a gas can (with AH's money), put gas in it, then drove to the Amscot with the intention of putting gas in it. This was all done on the 30th. When KC got to the Amscot, the car had already been towed.

We also know GA could not start the car at the tow yard. He had to put gas in it to start it.

Net is, KC really ran outta gas!
