I thought Nancy said the discovery would be released to the media within hours (meaning tomorrow?) Also, they said this doc dump would include interviews with LP and Tracy, as well as 500 other pages of unspecified evidence!

Nancy is behind the times. We have already determined that KC and AH purchased a gas can (with AH's money), put gas in it, then drove to the Amscot with the intention of putting gas in it. This was all done on the 30th. When KC got to the Amscot, the car had already been towed.

We also know GA could not start the car at the tow yard. He had to put gas in it to start it.

Net is, KC really ran outta gas!

Another thing ~ how would this video have anything to do with when she disposed of Caylee's remains? Caylee wasn't left at Amscot. :waitasec:

She did say that but her producer said 1-2 wks.

Cyntha Sommer - the black widow. JB may be using the same defense in which the state's claims of arsenic in her husband were reversed.

NG talking with her producer about the Cynthia Sommer case that JB has been comparing this case to. Sommer was acquitted of killing her husband with arsenic.

I agree..

I don't think these photos would have anything to do with when she disposed of the remains.

They could prove wether or not she was infact out of gas though.

If I'm remembering correctly I think casey stated that she ran out of gas in the middle of the street & 2 men pushed her car into that spot,

If the Video showed her pulling into that spot then the car was NOT out of gas as she claims.

We'll see when the video is released....Hopefully

Yes......If the car was NOT out of gas then this is an excellent piece of evidence.

It's proof that she abandoned her car.....

Good points! Also, I think she probably drove it around the area until it was almost out of gas, and by the time GA got to the tow yard two weeks later what gas was in it evaporated, and naturally he'd get the gas cans knowing how Casey always ran out of gas. MOO

I'm assuming maybe to rule out the fact that no one went back to that car and removed something out of the trunk (like JG or KC again with an accomplice)? In other words, she is only seen at that car on surveillance one time, which is when she pulled in, and KC, or anyone else, never went back to the car or trunk to get a body? OR maybe she did using another car?? Doubtful but I'm just thinking of any possible way it could be relevant in regards to the body

Caller asking about the right to a speedy trial laws in FL and when will this go to trial.

Nancy: It's part of US Constitution. Defense waived their right to a speedy trial and it's currently set for Oct. 12.

Exactly.......If they have her on video then it could be very damaging to her.

Can't wait to see if it shows anything..........Or if it even exists
