There is a graph on page 12383 which shows the different water levels the summer and fall of 2008.
He states, "This analysis indicates that for most of the entire period from June 16, 2008 to December 11, 2008, Area A (the remains site) was NOT inundated. The water level at the site was high enough to submerge Area A between August 18 and August 28, 2008. KRONK WAS THERE ON AUGUST 11, 12, AND 13, 2008, WHEN IT WAS HIGH.
So, to me the above states that Caylee's remains were submerged when Kronk was there.
Aug 11-13 is not in between Aug 18-28. It is prior to the dates given for the area to be submerged.
