I've come to the conclusion that CA will not accept any evidence proving KC killed Caylee. If the sky being blue was evidence against KC, evidence proving she killed Caylee; CA wouldn't accept it. She would argue that the sky isn't actually blue, it's many colors depending on the weather, the time of day and the sun and clouds...
If there was an actual video tape of the murder as it occurred CA still would not accept it. She would argue that the video was doctored, it was a set up, it was a look-a-like etc...I truly believe if God himself came down from heaven and said "Cindy, KC murdered Caylee!" CA would argue with God and call him a liar.
She will never accept the fact that the spawn of her loins is a cold blooded killer. Never! She will live in denial for the rest of her life on this earth.

In this interview, at the very beginning of Jeff Ashton speaking, the camera pans directly over to KC, unlike any of the footage from last week's hearings, where we don't see her until he mentions the duct tape. I wonder what news station took this footage, as I remember thinking, when watching live on Friday, I wanted to see her reaction from this point. Did anyone else notice this?

I just finished watching the video of the A's on Today and when the subject of blocking

the release of jail video recordings BC said that they are hoping for the ruling in their

favor because there is "currently" a case where there is a motion to the court

to supress release of similar information. I believe this may be the murder case

that happened in Isleworth.......the husband in jail for killing his wife.

I may not be entirely awake yet but I believe this is what he is citing/

I can understand denial...I can understand loving your dd and not being willing to see that she did something horrible to your granddaughter.

BUT what I don't get is the public appearances...I would be in my home quietly trying to heal...I wouldn't want to talk to anyone...leave me alone.

This is all about them...and talk about tainting a jury pool...who is doing nationwide coverage...geez...


and BC talking about some other murder case where the judge blocked the videos so he thinks JS will block these...I hope someone can find the case where this happened...cause I think this is a spin...

I should know better than to watch this nonsense so early in the morning.

Every time BC/CA/GA open their mouths to talk about the case, it STILL is evident with every appearance that they believe that laws don't apply to them. I've kinda gotten over them defending their daughter, as disgusting it is that they show a total lack for their wanting justice for Caylee.
It STILL comes down to the fact, in their "fairyland", that LE didn't investigate properly...even though tens of thousands of documents have been released showing differently. BUT...the fact that BC even lets them BELIEVE the laws STILL doesn't apply to them is in and of itself unbelievable.
The taping of visits in jail and release of info is FL law....they still believe this is about THEM and their feelings....that they should get special treatment...is BC even IN that state (FL) or maybe on the planet Zib???
That Jeff Ashton was wrong and basically insensitive for his comments in the hearing...why??? Because it wasn't sugar coated like every piece of info they've heard/seen in the documents?? Do they actually think or are dilusional enough to believe the trial will be censored....that GA can get mad that Caylee's bones are referred to as "remains"....like all these words will not be included because they don't want them said or hear them???
They have a BIG surprise coming AND it's BC's responsibility to let them know these things and how unbearable the trial will be....he's NOT doing what he is supposed to do as a lawyer representing them, IMO.

In the interview CA states "There's a lot of evidence out there that's not been looked into." Anyone know what the h3ll is she talking about? Where is this "evidence that hasn't been looked into?"
As I stated in my above post, I don't believe she would accept any evidence that proved KC murdered Caylee. I wish Meridith would have asked her; "Cindy, what evidence would convince you that KC murdered Caylee, is there anything that you would accept as evidence that your daughter committed the murder of your granddaughter?"
