I do not find Robyn believable. She is a convicted drug dealer. Kc spoke to Jb immediatley after the announcement on tv. Jb probably had this information. He is an officer of the court. Also, Ja was on the phone to GA and Ca, they even met them at the airport. That information got out quickly with the press and by the minute. I will check the Ng transcript that night. Moo

Here I have found the link to Ng transcript of Dec 11th 08. By that night, the only certain officers had already leaked the information to the public about the bag and the duct tape. Who knows what else. Also, Tm claims that Le took him right down to the spot where she was found. Yuri didn't mention Tm in his report. IMO

Your Opinion about LE leaking info is interesting although I read the NG transcripts and no where in the article does it say LE leaked the information And yes they took TM down to where the remains were found, but that was after the remains were removed. I figure it was partly to ask if he had searched there and if this was the area that had been under water etc...

Let's back off from what JB might have known and what he might have told KC. Wait until the evidence comes out as to what JB knew and when. Otherwise, it just turns into a back and forth debate and there's so much more to discuss.

Kimster, I am merely going by what is known and stated in the docs, but sure.

We did know immediately that a "skull fell out of a plastic trash bag"; but we did not know it was black and we did not find out about the baby blanket for a very long time.

Yes Robyn is a felon, and yes she held on to the letters to benefit herself... who wouldn't? The baby blanket seals it for me. Casey knew exactly what she left with that baby and let it slip to her BFF Cookie.

ITA. I mean, Monica L held on to a black dress with semen on it for months...does not make her any less credible. Weird, yes, but still credible.

I vote just plain scary...skeeeery as chit! Mama says scary is as scary does...lol You just have to laugh at the sheer lunacy of it all. I am vexed, I am deeply vexed! :banghead::waitasec::snooty::furious::waitasec::banghead::truce:

She also hates Tim Miller and credits him as being the ENEMY! The man who came from halfway across the country and brought with him all the resources at his disposal and began to search for her MISSING CHILD was the ENEMY! That speaks volumes about where KC's head is.
Why does she hate NeJame? He gave advice to her parents, stop doing interviews, they would not comply, he quit. (SHE herself is furious over their media involvement so why would she hold it against Mr. NeJame?) Oh that's right he went to represent THE ENEMY Tim Miller, the one devoting life and limb to finding her daughter...yeah, well, that makes loads of sense, huh?:waitasec:

She does think she is a celebrity, and is missing the distinction between celebrity and notariety...there IS a distinction. She may be famous, yes, granted, but she is NOT a celebrity...she is a felon facing the death penalty or at the least, life imprisonment, and she is acting like she is living some kind of true life drama being played out on TV...crazy as all get-out!:loser:

How many of you will hire KC Anthony as your attorney even if she were acquitted? Show of hands? Is she freaking kidding? Nobody wants a suspected child killer as their attorney. Has she looked into the ethics involved in being an attorney? She sure could not swing on that stripper pole ever again...could she even live with such a restriction? I mean, we have her own words, "No man is going to tame me! No sir!" Would that include the Bar KC?:blushing:

As for her defense team? I think she just loves boasting about how many lawyers she has, and where they are from, blah, blah, blah...she thinks it makes her look important in the eyes of her fellow inmates? It doesn't matter where they are from KC...it matters where YOU are GOING and that is straight into a cell for the rest of your crazy wacked out life or into the death chamber...there will be NO RV trips for you ever again...Get it straight-you cannot murder your baby and then just walk away scott free, and if someone told you that you could? Well that was a mistruth or a misstatement...to coin your families own terms...in other words, someone LIED!:banghead:
The California Bar Association would NOT let a convicted felon practice law, even if they graduated law school and passed the Bar Test. I highly doubt the state of Florida, or any other state for that matter, would either.

You and I would probably know better, but I think Casey wants the approval and friendship of others..she wanted those encouraging and nice words from Robyn so much..that she convinces herself these people really are her friends and would never betray her. Maybe, just speculating.

Same way she thinks her attorneys are her bff's. If convicted she will realize that they aren't when they no longer visit her

oh she will be convicted and get the dp imo.

just not with the word of the snitch
Snitch is not technically the proper terminology here. Robyn did not go to the police...they came to her after another inmate clued them in...she was the snitch...Robyn simply gave them a statement and had the letters turned over at the request of LE. She had plenty of opportunity to "snitch" to the detective handling HER case and she never did...

That may be true but considering that she also worked in a surgeon's office where she "illicited" prescriptions for her husband, I'd say that makes her a liar - not to mention the other offenses charged/listed below...

Very true. I just think it's also possible that she could be telling the truth, because people who are liars to keep themselves out of trouble wouldn't necessarily lie to keep others in trouble. And you know how even the hardest of drug criminals have no respect for baby killers. She could have befriended KC at the beginning, believing her and didn't come to the realization until later (perhaps when the body was found) that KC actually did this - and that would have motivated her to keep the letters. Or she could have befriended her with the intention of trying to get KC to confide in her so she could help her get caught.

snipped by me (for space).

Lee, come closer, come here,
Some of us know, some of us have lived it. You work hard, never steal, try to be a GOOD person... it does not matter does it? Mom yells at you, "You need to be nicer to her, it doesn't matter what she does, we need to ignore it".
Your mom makes you feel like carp when she does this to you? When you try to explain... Hey!!! Mom, I am a good person?
Here is what you need to do...
Go visit KC, tell her you need to have a LIFE, that you love her but you need to tell the truth. It's O.K. that you love her, you are her brother.
Then, on the next court hearing, please go sit on Caylees side.
Because if you don't take a stand now, if your parents will not stick up for you... how can you ever bring your future wife and children to their house? How can anything be normal? It is NOT O.K. or normal for them to sacrifice you for your sister, are you hearing me?

What a great post!

well personally i think the chlorform stuff is only usable if they have it in writing (and casey's writing) just robins word is not enough in a death penalty case.

but the rest of casey's actual letters are enough to sink her

I think they'll still take her testimony in court. Then it's up to the jury!

Same way she thinks her attorneys are her bff's. If convicted she will realize that they aren't when they no longer visit her

And that they mislead her about what she is up against.

Yeah...and who knows...some of those "boys" just might be lurking here to see how the who charade is going over.

Funny I thought the same thing and probably read here so they don't have to figure out what they missed reading in all the docs. Just come here and read pros and cons and go with the best answer.

I think she and her parents dropped that line so that they could explain all of the searches for missing kids on the computer.

True, and we see how well that worked! Another epic fail!
But they also used that "missing children" excuse so they could open a venue to collect more money from unsuspecting donors.

You and I would probably know better, but I think Casey wants the approval and friendship of others..she wanted those encouraging and nice words from Robyn so much..that she convinces herself these people really are her friends and would never betray her. Maybe, just speculating.

And lets not forget that Robyn shared information with Casey as well. I am sure that gained her trust somewhat. But not enough to write it in letters. It is a huge burden to carry murder on your shoulders. Eventually, even the smartest of criminals confide in someone. KC could not talk to anyone. She has no one as she has said over and over again. She felt like this person understood her. Criminals often share their stories. Nothing new here in my opinion. Criminals get smarter in jail for a reason.:twocents:

Same way she thinks her attorneys are her bff's. If convicted she will realize that they aren't when they no longer visit her

Exactly. In any other situation I'd almost feel sorry for her because I know what it's like to trust people too much and to think everyone who's nice to you is your friend..been there! But of course I can't, and at any rate we're talking skeezy lawyers and fellow inmates here. . when she's indicted on murder charges in a very high-profile case. I mean, everybody should have some sort of hinky meter!

"Always smile and don't forget to flush :) (I think that is something I said to my daughter once, during potty-training HaHa!)"

*sigh*, poor Caylee.

I honestly don't think Casey wanted these letters seen by anyone other than Tracy.
In the begining of their exchanges, she always ends with "flush"(the letter).

i say snitch cause the key testiomon that she'll give isnt the letters.....it's hearsay about what casey said that theres' no proof other then her word on it. not exactly reliable is she?

sorry, i know casey is dead guilty, and probably, did say the stuff about the chloroform. but i had an experience with a snitch that would say any bs the da's fed her, just to get a lighter sentence. so im biased in that regard.

I bet she was waiting until after KC was convicted to sell them for profit. Perhaps thinking of a way to take care of her own?

Kimster, I am merely going by what is known and stated in the docs, but sure.

Actually, posts about the topic that are backed up with docs/links are welcomed. The opinions that were starting to form were concerning. :)
