There were a couple of comments that I feel are worth a second read in Dr. Lillian Glass' Body Language Analysis regarding Tommy and Grandma Hollars phone conversation.
"He said he was threatened to stay quiet about what happened, or risk being killed. He told his grandmother he feels more safe in jail
Even though Tommy denied Floras scenario that she heard Haleigh and found one of his pills and took it and was dead and even denied the rest of her scenario that Ron called you to get you to come up there and help Misty clean the house while he disposed of Haleigh, the real question is, what part of the scenario is Tommy denying? Is there any part of the scenario which is true? Is he denying the part that:
1. Haleigh found one of his pills and took it and was dead, or that
2. Ron called him to come up there and help Misty clean the house, or that
3. Ron disposed of Haleigh?
Was Tommy saying no to all of this story or only to a part of it?
IMO, Grandma Hollars was putting the "chosen" story into Tommy's mouth. I believe that Grandma Hollars was the go between for Misty and Tommy so that they could have basically the same story to tell LE. She gave him the answer. Tommy didn't volunteer the "Joe killed Haleigh" story. IMO, Tommy was involved with the cleanup and did not witness a murder. I still have not changed my belief that Ron Cummings was involved with his daughter's death. The headless rat in Tommy's mailbox speaks volumes to me. Joe is the chosen "Scape Goat". Grandma Hollars is protecting her favorite Grandchild, Misty. Misty is protecting Ron. I hope and pray that Tommy has told the truth as he knows it and not repeating stories given to him to tell.
