Cliff Notes---Misty is not out of jail, she is being transferred to another jail, some are speculating that they have found something and that the detectives are now intensivly questioning her.

Ron and tommy are NOT out of jail. They are still showing in custody.

The call abotu the daughters father is NOT related to the cummings case, as far as we can tell.
