Hmmm-has anyone else listened to those tapes again today? All the stuff I transcribed about "big Hank" getting on Joe and Ron talking about crushing his hands are gone!

Twall, this first part of the tape was there, then yesterday it wasn't and yes its back now. BUT IT WAS GONE YESTERDAY--I listened to them all 3 times

Actually, it sounds like they cleaned it up to me. Maybe they had comments on what it was actually saying and they decided to filter some noise out. Much easier to understand now.

We just learned that Ron got the gun and CLEANED it before giving it to LE...now isn't that interesting. So there is now no proof that JO ever took it.

Is this the gun Ron found in the ditch? If so, he would have to clean it for it probably had dirt down in the barrel which can ruin it.

Just trying to think out of the box. With the backgrounds of them all..and their known activities.. it is highly possible this was drug/ related. I just don't think it is as simple as Misty overdosing her, or Ronald hitting her, ..etc. and then they ALL cover for the perp for 14 months. I think it is bigger/more complicated than that.

And just how DID Ronald get the scrapes on his hands? Did he punch the door for an alibi to explain them away?

Since it was so obvious in the 911 call I think it is very logical that Ron punched the wall as hard as he could. He was beside himself with raw anger that Haleigh was gone imo. He probably wanted to beat the crap out of Misty but took out his rage by hitting a wall or door.

I am not sure what the motive will turnout to be. Personally I don't think it has anything to do with an overdose. No one at this time knows the motive except LE and they arent going to say. Maybe Joe is just as crazy as so many say he is or just plain evil. His eyes remind me of a young Charles Manson.

But as far as Ron I think it only makes commonsense that his alibi was long ago verified by police early on and the 3:00 am time line will be the actual time he got off work. Then next he was seen at a convenience store buying beer, cigs etc. Next he goes home only to find Misty up telling him Haleigh is missing and then 3:26 am the 911 call was placed.

So if he had anything to do with this case then this is what would have to happen in 26 minutes after leaving work. He not only stopped by the store, went home killed Haleigh, transported her body all the way to the boat ramp, taking the rope and blocks with him, disposed of her body in pitch dark and came all the way back to his home all in 26 minutes from when he left work.

If RC's alibi is iron clad, and I certainly believe it has long been checked out and verified... then that's it when it comes to Ron Cummings, imo. No way he could go through all of these steps that would have been necessary to complete this crime in 26 minutes.

Not one thing has ever been said stating LE did not believe his alibi. They always verify the alibis of the closest family members first and then widen out looking for other suspects.

We have GGMS coming over around 7:30 pm and she saw both children, happy and well.

We also have heard that a neighbor saw Haleigh playing in the yard after Ron went to work.

Of course LE has no responsibility to divulge anything to the public at large or advise them that any alibi or the whereabouts of anyone they may have interviewed, has been verified, and this police department will be no different imo.

In the end it will not be Ron's alibi that is called into question but it will be Misty, Joe and Tommy's verified whereabouts that will matter, imo.

Yes..it was definetely protesting.. and if they found out he already got justice..he could later say..I SAID i'd kill him, you heard me say it! He took my daughter! But I believe also he is hiding what the motive was for the person who did it..and dead men can't talk.

I love the part..."I don't care if you get this on tape!" I'll kill whoever took her. Does he want it on tape? I think he does.

yea that made me wonder too ... who in the state of mind would think of a recording being made when their child is missing and it "just happened " as they say ,i certainly wouldnt be in enough of a frame of mind to think of that .. id be screaming HELP ME FIND MY BABY but then all ppl are different . i just think that both families know what happened .. and they dont want the three who are in jail on death row .. so they are covering ggs knows more TN knows more and so does FH .. they need to SPILL it now .. and stop wasting ppls time esp the cops time .. this is bs all of it ..and i will happily eat crow if im wrong i hope i am .. that would give me some relief to know that someone on the dads side loved her ! i hope the police tell them if it was an accident they wouldnt die for that .. however if they continue to lie they could all of this very well couldve happened while ron was at work a shift is 8 hours i think ron mabey knows after the fact i dont think he did anything

I believe it was soon after Cobra came to Satsuma.
He is the one that recorded them when RC was with him.
I can't recall right off when he went to Satsuma, I would have to look it up to be exact but I am guessing within a month of Haleigh's disappearance.

This is what I think may have caused some of the problem. The nebulizer-say it is missing...Teresa was aware of the gun fight, saw that the nebulizer was missing, & put 2 & 2 together,& thought they would get Haleigh back. So, her new #1 priority became keeping Ron's nose clean, so he'd keep custody. There's no way they would've let CPS get wind of all of his illegal activities, so they cleaned the house & praised Misty-not realizing that that cover up was gonna wind up looking like a murder cover up. So they denied any wrong doing, including drug use-which is ludricous, but it wouldn't have been if Haleigh had been returned. Everything would've died down, Ron would've kept custody, etc...life would've gone on in Satsuma. This is a theory, based on IF Teresa is truly in the dark, so shoot it down, if you want.

Ron said that LE asked him if he was home that night. He said that LE kept asked him what took him so long to get to the home. Ron said he stopped at the store that he bought a pack of Newport's, peanuts and other.

Ron then said that they kept asking him how did he get home at the time he did, when he got off of work at a certain time. Ron never mentions the time.

Ron then said that LE pulled all the tapes and LE asked him how the "F" did he get home at that time when he off of work at a certain time and got home at that time

When one is engaging in active conversation, you do not speak like this. Anyone would give the time because that would make the story important, relevant and makes the point. He is vague and doesn't mention the numbers on the clock. This is a big red flag for me. This seals the deal for me. Ron did not get off work at 3:00am. His mother speaks and converses the exact same way...vague...so you can't pin them down.

I can't help repeating this...sorry. This is very important. Ron intentionally left out the time. This is simply not normal and cannot be accounted for by any sane, intellgent human being. Abnormal speech and it shows consiousness of guilt. He is hiding the time. The time is significant.

Also concerning rc, he does alot of projecting. This is something that alcoholics (addicts) engage in frequently. They take their faults and place them on to another. He tells us about JO and the Shell Harbor Debacle and how it would be a good place to hide a body. Ron has said that exact same thing about the Dunns Bridge. I recall Amber and Crystal both telling the story of ron thinking that would be a good place to toss a body....hmmm.

Little ronnine boy has some splainin to do.

I've been thinking about the gun business. What if the gun was never stolen. That it was always in RC's control. What if he was afraid that Haleigh's body would be found with a bullet wound. So, they had to come up with a story of someone else having control of the gun. But regardless of if RC found the gun or MC found the gun, RC HAD the gun. He had to say that it was in the culvert (dirty) so we would appear to have an legit reason for cleaning it. I think that It was cleaned because it was used in a crime against his daughter. If he shot her was it intentional? Was she caught up in the middle of one of his fights? Was it done in anger? Was RC and MC fighting and her weapon was a board and RC's was a gun? Did MC accidentally smack Haleigh in the head while she was fighting with RC. Then did RC freak out and shot Haleigh to keep her from suffering any more? Is the hand that RC had damaged during the first video we seen of him pleading for Haleigh the hand the he normally held his gun in. Could he have hit his hand on the door after he used his weapon in case Haleigh was found he would have an alibi to why he couldn't have pulled the trigger because his hand was damaged? This is all just IMO. It makes more since then the JO wanted my gun and since he couldn't find it he took my daughter story. This is all IMO thoughts and are subject to change. But at the moment...

Or he shot her because she was hurt so badly he knew that there was no explaining away her injuries or he was afraid that she would tell. IMO thoughts.
