I think I'm most shocked by the letters from KC's old friends (including AD, M. Murphey, and LG's family). MM wrote a letter originally that said things along the lines of "do the right thing" and quoted scripture saying that she should basically confess. Then about a year later she's writing letters saying how she stands behind her 100% and believes her. This really surprises me because based on her interview with police, she seems to think KC is behind it. Same with AD who also writes that shes completely behind KC. I was under the impression that all her friends with done with her but apparently not..

In one of the letters from Julie the lady from Kentucky that wrote Casey several times, she went on to speak about her daughter she gave up for adoption. Casey in return wrote Robyn stating she was wanting to adopt a baby irish accent and all something along those lines, in many letters Casey recieved she went on to phrase parts of them in other letters, or along similar lines. Anyone notice this?

I don't have the link but I do remember reading yesterday a news article, stating that some of the letters she recieved may have not been shared with the public.

I looked up this guy's record in Minnesota to see why he was in prison and this is what I found:
General Description: Disturbing Peace/Privacy
Level : Felony
Act : Harassment/Stalking
Characteristics : Pattern Of Harassing Conduct

It's weird KC refers to this guy as her friend when she writes to Robin. To me "friend" implies a deeper level of intimacy than two letters. IIRC, a tendency to form relationships quickly and believing that relationships are more intimate then they actually are is one indication of a personality disorder.

I read the letter from the link above on page 947 and at the end of the letter the writer puts his address..."just in case" and a smiley face. Along with the street address there was a 6 digit number added. I went to google maps and the address is a prison. When I went to the website for the author Raymond Lumsden it states that he lives in Texas.......?????

I don't post often. But- I do think that Casey is one screwed up chick.

I think the reason she is so screwed up directly equates to her family.

I have NO doubt- that her attorneys will hang the entire family out to dry during this trial.

I can't see how they can negate the evidence against their client Casey. So
ALL of the Anthony Family members- Will become the reason that Casey is so screwed up and Caylee is dead.

George and Cindy Anthony. *I wouldn't count on George leaving the I LOVE YOU beautiful CASEY camp". What else does he know? I think he would have to literally leave Cindy and go into hiding to figure out his life. This could happen as they may be booted from their house soon.

Cindy. I don't see her making it through this trial. Yet-Both have amazed me.

They must have listened to Casey's interviews?!?!? Where upon she lied like a sailor on leave?

How they can live in this house (which is in foreclosure)- and How they wake up each morning knowing that their daughter-refuses to talk to them-visit with them-or even write them a note- Blows MY mind.

I love my daughter. But, I would never let her destroy my family and still support her. There comes a time a line gets crossed.

In the letter on page 247 - He told the Inmate that in 1995 he got a suspended jail sentence for making numerous phone calls to his girlfriend trying to convince her not to get an abortion. After 14 years he turned himself in, to do the sentence and put that behind him. He was in jail in Minnesota when he wrote the letter, in December 2008, said he would get out October 2009. He said his main residence is Dallas, Texas, and he owns a condo in Orlando. He wants the Inmate to let him write "her story".

Good Lord, this Lumsden guy is flirting with her big time, telling her about his divorce, suggesting when she is free (!) they get together for dinner, dancing "fun, fun, fun!" and telling her how beautiful she is! He must not be familiar at all with Cindy and George because he wants to know why they are not out "supporting" her. HA! Maybe all these people are flattering her cause they are hoping she will write back and tell them what really happened, or in this fellow's case, hoping to write her story and cash in.

Great QUESTION!! My impression from the interviews was that Annie 'lawyered up' and avoided questioning for as long as she could not because she was wishing to remain loyal to Casey, but because she didn't want certain 'sleazy' parts of her own life being exposed, in particular the fact that she was the source for Xanax as Casey had stated in the IM.

And I'm sorry, but I don't believe that giving 'one Xanax' to 'one friend' (was it JP, I can't remember) is the entire story here.

Now I can't find the post Muzikman posted regarding the Churchills' interviews
with LE regarding the condition of the remains site during the months prior to Caylee being found. I hadn't read those before.

I missed that. I have a problem trying to get to pages on those documents, I just know how to scroll and it takes me forever to find pages other members have listed. :blushing:

Me too, when trying to get to the interviews mentioned above, I had to scroll forever as they were at the very end of the batch.
I tried to type in the page number - pdf right? - where the 1 is - but I couldn't get it to work.

Y'all probably caught it, but Annie D. wrote her a letter- begins page 16524. She says Sean and her have moved in together and she's getting a tattoo to remind her of Caylee. : ( Another supportive letter.

I ran across another AD letter too (but haven't seen the first one yet). It is pdf. #654 myfoxorlando (pg. 17481-2).
It includes a picture of the tatoo AD got in honor of Caylee.

I'm still confused about AD too because she insisted that she and KC had been 'friends in passing' for quite a while prior to Summer 2008. :waitasec:

-Also someone named Mark LeBlanc seemed very supportive and a personal friend from KC's past.

-There is a letter from an Amy with no envelope. The page numbers skip as if the envelope is just missing.
The letter is immediately after page 17249 but there is no number on the letter then the next number is 17255. (pdf. 426 myfoxorlando)

-Patrick Bourgeois wrote referencing mutual friend Mike Walker again.
Pg. 17409-11 (pdf. 584 myfox). He wrote the same day he visited 7/24/08.

-Joy Wray writes pg. 17421-8 (pdf. 597 myfoxorlando)

With all the other testimony and evidence against Casey, imo they may not even need Tracey to testify? Just speculating here, but maybe they see her as unreliable anyway...they know what she told LE and LE and the SA must have seen her letters to Casey...

I am really, really ready for this trial to begin.

If Tracey's last name is Neally (which she used when staying with KC), she was added to the WL on May 24, 2010. Her name is not Neally; it's Mclaughlin - sorry!

:twocents:Here's the thing, I finished reading the letters yesterday and there is one writer from Illinois of all places whose name is Christine Tuchak. She writes KC several times.
KC already seems to know her. She sends KC alot of pictures of simple interest happenings from the Internet. Along with these pictures, she often adds a short note.

One note reads, (pdf. 889-95 myfoxorlando from Part 4/written pages 18747-53).

Earlier in 2009 on 4/17 and 4/20/09 the same person writes KC notes. One simply states: 'say something'

Then there is a round stamp/sticker that has 'If only the Walls could Talk" included on the envelope. :waitasec:

What can we make of this?
I would like it if LE interviewed this person to find out what she knows or if she is a scam artist. Find out if she is related to KC in some way, etc.
