JB passed around colour coded copy of his depo schedule. Seems the whole spectrum is in this doc, green, light green, etc. All these colours indicate the progress of deposition of each witness as I understand it.

JB introducing color charts of progress of the depos (I wonder if that is because when they are copied they are in black and white) just saying . . . .

New witness list . . . JB complaining of ongoing problem w/state's dumping new discovery and new witnesses - chance of reaching goals is 50/50

JB whining again. Since deadline set, state added new witnesses. Ongoing problem. Doesn't know if he can get depos done. Blah, blah, blah.

JB just got a new cd of discovery today. JB saying they are moving forward as expeditiously as they can but with all the new discovery and witness says chance of reaching deadline goals is 50/50.

Judge admonishing defense for deadlines and roster must be set, unless not in control of either side. If new info comes up - we will deal with it. Everything must be in by 2/28

JB still stalling for more time for the depos...stating more than 60 new witness added recently by the SA...HHJP not buying it and giving JB a bit of a tongue lashing.
