State saying she wants to give documents in an organized way to defense so it doesn't take them 6 months to go thru everything.

Judge saying this case must come to an end at some point, been over 2 years, place this case on front burner. It will be tried on the date that is set, unless you have pretty good reason you have not disclosed info, you may not get to utilize it in the trial.

LDB said she went to LE office Aug 25(?) and went over files with YM, bank records etc. She says she discovered info that was in their files that wasn't turned over and she collected all of that, several hundred pages, may be duplicates, she said she didn't recognize them although they could have been already released.

Judge to JB - deadline is Oct. 31 for experts to look @ evidence and have that work completed by then? JB said not completed yet but anticipates it will be done by 10/31

I believe he said it was the prosecution who brought in a confession handed over by LE on the day of the trial, and the prosecution was not allowed to use it.
