Was that not crazy making? It happened to me twice, first on myfoxorlando and then on wesh! Both stations had restarted running the hearings because I certainly knew the audio I was hearing, but the picture was the current witness.

Who needs to play these games in the middle of listening to important stuff. Hope they all get it sorted out for the trial or I will be a basket case!!!!:maddening::maddening::maddening:

Aw man I swear i walked away for a sec and as I was coming back into the room I could hear caseys voice and she was saying she hadnt seen her daughter in . .. and it trailed off then the sound went... when she was talking to the slim blond lady... curly hair ?

IMHO, I think JB may use him the end if things don't look good his way (which they are not). He was there that night, and I don't understand why he wasn't on the stand earlier. Of course, if he started his ah-hah laughing, I may have had to turn it off.

Just out of curiosity, how do you watch the video in full screen and also read at WS? Do you use two screens? I have to split my laptop screen between the two.

While we are on a short break..Tell me, IS the defense really attempting to get everything that Casey said to LE prior to her arrest disallowed??...Wasnt this an investigation to find her missing daughter??? Wasnt she trying to lead them to sites where last seen??? did she then take them to Universal (likely in caged area of vehicle) to show them her work place etc......

This two JB and CM are really pressing my last nerve here?? So they are now saying Casey was being targeted right from July 15th for murder....?? and even tho never formally arrested, or put in jail..she was by their terms under arrest and NOT free to call, move, talk to anyone??? Judge Perry wants to make sure he doesn't allow any evidence in that would be a reversable error on appeal. The Miranda issue is tricky. This started out as "maybe" an arrest for stealing credit cards, or a car and then spiraled quickly into a kidnapping investigation - so cuffs were on at one point and the circumstances of that flowing directly into being "escorted" by officers into the back of a patrol car and driven somewhere etc...could that have made KC believe she was not free to go? That she was still in custody for some other offense?

With all due respect, they should have just given her Miranda at cuffing time sheesh...but shoulda woulda.

I will be very interested to hear the ruling on this.

I think I need the Leopard upgrade because even Firefox doesn't work on mine. But thanks for letting me know somebody on a Mac has it working. And no I don't have any popup preventors on my Firefox, and yes, cleaned out my cache on both Safari and Firefox......:banghead:
