If you have to explore something that comes up, that's different. State - how much time will you need per juror? State says 15 minutes. Baez - says 30 mins. Each side will have 30 minutes tomorrow but he will not cut them off if they need longer.

Ladies and gentlemen, the ride will be starting shortly. Once inside the tram car, please keep your arms and legs inside the car. When you are boarding the tram, please watch your head. If you cannot watch your head, please watch your language.

Dang, you have ridden too many times in this rodeo. :innocent:

Loving the Judge for getting this stuff straight now, even though today has been torture for all.

It's 7:23 p.m. in Florida.

Each side is going to have 30 minutes on the next juror.

Judge is now asking what the state means when they talk about "smell"...

HHJP asking about the SA referring to the smell - "Clue me in on what your talking about"

HHJP asking LDB about her questions about jurors smelling something....

State, how much time-just for the general voir dire?
15 min.

Baez?
30 min.

Judge: we will try to hone it in for 30 mins

HHJP doesn't seem to happy about this... "when did jurors become witnesses"?

HJBP
30 min each side for general questions (State said 15, JB said 30)

State: unopened cans of the tire cover, might open during trial for jury to smell
HJBP: questioning State as to when jurors suddenly became witnesses. Says it strangely sounds like lay opinion.

The jurors may have to smell Caylee's decomp from sealed containers of the spare tire cover pieces. There are 4 cans Dr. Vass did not utilize.
