I'm pretty positive a fellow WS'er has already pointed out the fact that the SA doesn't NEED to take 184 yrs to rebut this tit for tat- circus sideshow-to cross.. The DAs are SINKING. CM knows it... JB definitely knows it [which is why he's grasping for straws with Vass] & a majority of laymen can see it...SA need not say a word- JB is his own (and ICA's)worse enemy. JMO..

Round and round, loves to hear his own voice. And using words such as "totally" and "What's up with that?" just goes to his lack of polish. And the cadence is so choppy. He gets wound up and then has to slow down to read the words on the screen...too pathetic.

I hate the way he addresses HHJP as 'judge'...he even makes it sound lowercase the way he says it...like bro, dude, amigo..

He's better suited for Jersey Shores than Orlando Courtroom.

I think it was at a bond hearing, but I may be wrong. I just remember Judge sealing it after making a brief comment and a raised eyebrow look.

I don't have an answer for that. I had to leave when the judge started asking about a clarification. Watched it again a few minutes ago, but I'm still about as lost as an Easter egg on this one, but judging from Baez's tells, I got the impression he was up to something.

I have no idea why the Judge brought it up...he started it off by saying to the State...have you spoken to Dr. P. They said no and explained why they couldn't. I got the feeling that JP has been studying the hair-banding issue very carefully.

Mason is saying they may object to a handful of the pictures,

I believe I hear Mason saying "I think I have somebody with money on Friday morning..that's important"
Then it looks like Ashton took money out to give to Mason.

Ashton spoke about the pics in a very respectful way...and of course, JB insinuated something more to Ashton's comments and had to remark that he would be sensitive as well. There is not a single comment this man won't touch.

Mason's laying low because his ego is bruised after being called out for using the word "stupidest", which was televised last week.

Thanx for the refresher, your link led me to rewatch this video
http://www.wftv.com/video/16914628/index.html which made me want to see the "Cameo" video that ICA and CA talk about during their first phone call. I don't think I have ever seen it. If anyone has it or knows where to find it.. I would love to hear CA say she has no clue what ICA's involvement is.

Maybe the reality of the situation is finally dawning on her? After watching her blowhard lawyer and his team drone on endlessly, just to see JA and LDB methodically and precisely destroy anything that is put forth, she is starting to see the writing on the wall... Or, maybe the motion filed by her inmate friend from Michigan got her to thinking? Who knows.... Good observation though.

I finally finished watching Part 25 of the 4/6/11 Frye, it was posted on youtube. Let me warn fellow WSers that when I found the first vid of these there wasn't any problem, but later on the youtube search was bringing up some really nasty x-rated titles of videos...I'm not that skilled to figure how that garbage stuff came up, but I guess someone thinks KC is "hot stuff".
Sorry for getting OT, but how I can avoid running into more of this "X" -in the future?
Bacl to Part 25. JB is making me feel nauseous. He went back to stating "mistruths" again, along with his insults to "Judge" about how hard it must be to deal with all this new technology. HHJP is more intelligent than anyone JB has ever dealt with in a courtroom. Too bad JB doesn't get it. My head is about to explode...and I don't know how the SA's can stand to listen to this bratty infantile nonsense for a whole day.
The SA and HHJP behaved like bright professionals people do, with expertise and no phony clarity. Kudos to them.

thanks Amil.....I can't beleive anyone who has watched this from the beginning that could have a great deal of sympathy for Cindy. I know some will disagree with me on this and that's fine....it's my opinion and I will own it.

Not to stray too far O/T But I need to share something. I belonged to another forum ( not naming names) before coming to WS. I had to come to WS to get the facts of this case straight. I don't have ANY sympathy for Cindy, solely for the reason, that when they discovered Caylee was dead, it became all about ICA. To me, and this is JMO, it was as if Caylee never even existed.
I left the other forum, because they only had one Mod and he was never there. If we had a complaint, we had to email him. I got tired of the Anthony bashing because it was extreme. Please know that I hold NO sympathy for them WHATSOEVER! My heart is with Caylee and seeing her get the Justice that she so richly deserves. But there is a right way and a wrong way to handle any situation that arises. I have been here since 2008, but didn't join until 2009. I was called out ONE time by Kimster, but it was done in such a professional manner that it only increased my respect for her and the wonderful job that she does here. I know I am not alone in saying that Tricia has to be very proud in her choices of the people that WS has chosen to be authoritative figures. My reprimand had to do with a certain poster whom is now banned. N*S. I think God that Kimster took the time to nudge me in the right direction. So even though it may appear that they are coming down on us? They are actually covering our hinnie. I have been a member of a forum that had no rules and it was totally horrible. So thanks Mods for giving us z (the posters) a voice.

I watched most the first 2/3 live yesterday but got such a head ache that I had to go take a nap about an hour into the afternoon session I finished watching the rest late last night from WFTV tapes. I have to agree with everyone that JB was way over the top considering it was a Frye hearing.

I could almost see it if this was the trial with a jury sitting there but there wasn't so maybe he was just practicing. We can definately see from yesterday the course of attack JB is planning on using.

As the old saying goes....

If you can't dazzle them with your brillance then baffle them with your Bull....!

Yeah, Baez's closing was a huge mess and too long. He was pandering to a lay jury when he should have been pandering to a Chief Judge.

Didn't read all the hearing thread so missed your screen cap. Can't believe we picked the same one! Great minds and all that News I'm seeing what you are. For those of us who have watched all the hearings then re watched hearings time after time after time, one thing we do know by now is Mr Baez (IMO) and that was a telling moment.
