Thanks for your update!! I'll bet it is different when you are there. Any idea who the nice dressed woman was sitting behind KC and then later sat beside her? And any idea what JB and Cindy were talking about in the beginning?

i think they may be staff of jose - paralegal but not sure . jb and cindy spoke after casey spoke or wrote him note. lots of notes passed to her attys and mouths covered when talking so camera could not catch it .

thank you - i try to share observations. of course they are blended with my own thoughts perhaps. i tend to be sensitive to others feelings and can feel the tears a mom cries thru my very soul. i am very spiritual so i tend to feel others pain and try to see both sides. i only see a mom cindy who lost her grandchild, her daughterr may die, her family fell apart , her husband and her are not so happy maybe anymore , the national enq has posted on their personal life and i think i would not want one day of her life so i give her a break in my thoughts. wish caylee was alive so she can still love her grandbaby as she did and does. her daughter is a grown up and yet shes her child too.when you see them in person its not a soap opera- you see them as real.

lml, I wanted to let you know I appreciate your views and you for sharing your experience. I am sure it is a different experience being there........I honestly wish I could muster up some of your sympathy. I can say without a doubt, I would not like to walk in CA's shoes for one second. Pip, is there some place I can go to refresh my memory on Judge Strickland's reaction to reading her psych eval? I must have missed that and would like to know more about that... Thanks!

I have been looking for that video for 2 weeks now and I can't find it. I just remember it was at a bond hearing where Judge Strickland sealed the psych eval. I recall him making a vague comment and raising his eyebrows, both which gave clue that it must have been a doozy. Does anyone else recall that or have a link?

I was unable to watch todays proceedings..However, tho it took me a few hours to read the thread..TY TY TY..You guys are the greatest in expressing just what was going on, the atmosphere and attitudes..IN fact I had to back off abit getting P$$'d of with JB's filabusterings and badmouthings of our precious Dr. Vass...I just wanted to Thank ALL for your ability to portray just what was going on during LIVE streaming..You are all the greatest :great:

WOW. Ya know, I have been reading here at WS long before I ever registered here. I never did until recently, because I did not want to be addicted any more than I already was as a lurker.

This case has changed me.

Having said that, I commend soo many here that go to the hearings, just to give 1st hand informaton. As well as everyone else who just feels as passionate as I do about this case.

I cannot even tell y'all how much I appreciate everything that ya do here! I'm trying really hard in my own way to contribute!

i attended hearing today. started late 9:30 as they were setting up video conference. ended about 5:15 pm . short breaks. judge did a tv interview during break about loan budget and said he is very busy and missed his lunch today-lol. he does have humor and is a nice man to reporters. lots of back and forth with drs and scientist - seemed like same thing over and over until jeff comes forward. he is very powerful and good!!

said a few words to cindy - shes going to be needing a lot of support from friends when trial starts. at times i saw her head down and her shaking a bit . when words of decomp, maggots ect. i felt so bad for her. what pain she must have to have to go thru this all and she loved caylee a lot. others sitting near me commented on how they felt bad for her too.


no george today. cindys friend is always by her side. she must be a real good friend as she never lets cindy be alone in court. i did not expect 8 hours. parking was more than disney world. $15.00 for day. judge said status will be 9am friday. i must admit i felt myself nod off a couple times- it was very long day and some was repeptive i felt. hope camera did not catch me sleeping-lol.
deputy said media passes were going to get in first then extra seats at trial.

casey looked like a young teen college girl. cotton blouse black and white checked. grey sweater - slacks. hair plain in poney tail. she did some writing but all in all she remained very focused it seemed on listening . not so hyper today. some said she lies but maybe she did not kill caylee. will not say who i heard it from but two different people said it.one asked if i thought she was guilty and i always say - only thing i know is she lied and has some bizare behaviors in past and i say - let jury decide. when i look at her in court it seems like this can not be a mom who kills her child- the mind tries to process this for me- looks can not judge cause she looks like a pretty chearleader. the image of sexy is gone.except when she wears sweaters perhaps that cling. bless caylee and those who had no part in her death that loved her.

if you all were all there in person and then came home and posted you might see things a slight bit different when you try to type a post. i try to be somewhat private in thoughts , try to not say innocent or guilty as either way i would get attacked by words by some. for those who attend its nice to know not everyone judges US. its not about our typed words. my opinion will not matter on jury day . IT WOULD BE A SHAME IF posting what we see or feel was picked apart. it would make me feel keep my thoughts to myself . yet, i know some do appreciate the posts whether they agree or not. i would hate to have to delete my posts if they cause controversy.

I don't think it is your opinion weather ICA is guilty or innocent that are bothering some. You are free to have your own opinion.

I think it is your defense of CA that is driving everyone crazy. She is the one that was out in the media every day making this case known. Then came the screaming, fighting, the lies and now the back track lying. In the beginning it was about Caylee now it is about saving her (in my opinion) guilty daughter.

Did you see my screen caps today? I GOT THAT exact moment! It was called "concerned much jb?" I saw the fear too, that very instant and grabbed that!

He had a few moments of concern to fear today - and he should.
