Could it have been during the "truth and Miss Anthony are strangers" hearing?
Nope. :( That is the one where HHJS ordered the psych eval. There is another hearing where he reviewed it and ordered it sealed. Ugh, I wish I could find it.

Ok, jumped into the net to dig around and this was what I gathered.

Several years ago there was a trial in New York that involved issues about PM hair banding. The prosecutor's 2 witness's stated that PM banding is so similiar to environmental influences that it would be careless to assume there's a difference. BUT, the DT put their expert on the stand and this expert is the very one Baez retained and is refusing to consent to this expert in testifying.

So, the DT(New York case) puts their expert on the stand and he says that it isn't true that PM and environmental banding are similiar. He goes into detail of what the difference is AND....GET THIS....this expert informs the court that he has done enough research on PM banding that he can give a general timeline of when death occured. According to him PM banding starts around day 3 post death. So now would that mean that Caylee was left in the trunk for at least 3 days?
Yes, that fits with what has been said all along. I believe there is much discussion here...about dates...from when-to when...but IIRC the 3 days (2.6 to be more exact) accounted for the state (degree) of decomp. as well.

Here ya go...

Just listening to the closing. Good grief! Baez is still trying to sneak in those bench notes! This man can't even read his own power point! This man couldn't close an umbrella.

I found this...http://www.wesh.com/r/17039556/detail.html
which says the appeals court ordered the eval. sealed (on or about 7/30/08)...so if there was mention by JS it would have been after that date. There was a motion to reduce bail at this time. Just thinking of key words to help ya.

Ya know PIP...I really did think that happened at the bond hearing...am I confused now?

Can you be more specific as to what he said? I don't want to listen!!

Ananlyze! :P: sufficient of the sufficient methodologies....he has a power point and he is still all over the place, like a pingpong ball. :floorlaugh:

Oh that whole pp presentation was ridiculous. If you have something to say...just say it. If you can't remember your own argument, then have someone else close.

Just think stop/start.stop/start over jibberish in a blender. Young Master Wm S is working the power point, and Baez is simply reading it off the screen, very badly. Now he is maligning Vass and he tried again to talk about his bench notes.
HHJBP just blinked really hard, trying to stay awake.

Watched most of the hearing...

Just what the hey is Mason's role here? Chair warmer?

Sloppy work, in general. This greenhorn newbie has some nerve patting himself on the back for being able to say Succinylcholine after telling a judge of 30+ years experience that he probably isn't grasping the science. What an [unusual person].

Ya know, when he first started I was wow...he prepared...then the longer he went on the less he made sense...and I totally stopped listening. It was like he couldn't even remember where he was going with his arguments.

TY! Sloppy is the perfect term.

I think it was at a bond hearing, but I may be wrong. I just remember Judge sealing it after making a brief comment and a raised eyebrow look.

Round and round, loves to hear his own voice. And using words such as "totally" and "What's up with that?" just goes to his lack of polish. And the cadence is so choppy. He gets wound up and then has to slow down to read the words on the screen...too pathetic.

Over the top. The jury would have been snoring.

I was so confused by this...then after reading here I realized that there must be something attached to the hair-banding motion that I didn't see? Is that the case...the State tried to get something on record?

I don't have an answer for that. I had to leave when the judge started asking about a clarification. Watched it again a few minutes ago, but I'm still about as lost as an Easter egg on this one, but judging from Baez's tells, I got the impression he was up to something.
