asked to step out judge looking up a law about DT questioning.

AF was questioning him on the DP and her questions were repeatedly objected to and sustained. HHJP had him removed from the court room so he could address what he has termed improper questioning. Then called a 10 minute break. Once this issue of improper questioning is resolved, he will be brought back in to finish the questioning.

He was removed from the courtroom so JP could speak with AF about her questions without him being present. Recess now. He will return.

Exactly-you sum it up so well Grandmaj, that is why JP does not approve of the questions.

A ton of things have been said to these 2 jurors that should never have been. Not just by AF either.

State has it right though.

People were posting "juror removed" because the judge took the juror off the stand to talk to the defense privately. Not because he was removed from the case.

okay. It's hard to keep up so full explanation would be great like 'juror removed for break', etc.

Jurors are NOT supposed to know about how much the DP cost, not during a trial.

So why on earth would the attorney be allowed to ask the potential juror about it during jury selection??

AF, you should know better...

That makes sense - cost shouldn't be a factor for making a judgement.

Exactly, you and me both. That is why we can't relate to the A's, nor will this juror be able to.
