AF questioning now, She is taking a lot of chances with her improper questions! What's wrong with her?

The DT does not want him and does not want to waste a strike so trying to get him tossed for cause.

ICA had a little bit of melt down. Had to be escorted out. Couldn't feel her hands.

ICA had some sort of panic attack or something in the afternoon and had to be led out of the courtroom for a few minutes. There is a thread on here about it.

Asked to return for Round 3. Still a potential, but those 10 strikes hang ominously over anyone who makes it through.

As soon as this guy said "if someone harmed my family member, I would not follow the law and impose death" the defense wrote him off. Anyone that feels that strongly about love ones, won't understand a mother tossing her child away like garbage. moo

I think by asking these questions the defense is putting thoughts into the heads of these jurors that they may not have had before. Like length of time on death row, cost to house a prisoner or "kill" a prisoner.... Almost as though they are trying to influence the jurors before the case about the death penalty and not as it relates to the law.

looks like he got in. There was no objections. Reports back tomorrow at 2-4.

Yes,there is a thread titled "ICA gets sick,removed from court."
Otherwise the Jury selection was as laborious as this one today.

They told him to come back Friday. He is in, unless they strike him later.

The reasons I am against the Death Penalty are: Automatic Appeal, The Guilty Party is almost always in the news (which I think they like), there is no closure for innocent parties

Most I agree with, but I still wanted John Couey dead, and I still want Joseph Duncan dead, along with Richard Allan Davis and sorry, name escapes me, Samantha Runnions killer too.
