YAY - he does not consider employment a mitigating factor! The employment and school questions get on my nerves. Well, they all do, but these seem to be the ones that get on my last nerve!

Want to thank you all for the real time summaries of what is going on. Not watching the live feed, listening to Rick Braun/Richard Elliott, and reading what your posting, and feeling mellow (due to the jazz).

Well, what if the defendant couldn't color within the lines, in a coloring book, would that suffice as a mitigating circumstance ?

Lack of impulse control - I am trying t make that fit in with what they will say happened. Maybe she impulsively caused Caylee injury?

Hmmmmmmmm. If they were to testify in the penalty phase....Well alrighty then.

My personal opinion:

I could consider any and all mitigating circumstances as long as they were proven to be true, it just may not have any bearing on my opinion.

That is the thing by law they do not have to be proven.

How mature are they going to say KC is? Does she have the mind of a five year old or something?

I was thinking more along the lines of...."a 2 yr old" :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

wonder if GA and CA will give a victim impact statement after they are run over by the bus?

Who's going to do the victim impact statement for Casey? She's pretty much throwing her entire family under the bus with her mitigating circumstances....

Listening to JB is like pouring bleach in your ears and scooping the eardrum out with salad tongs.

Listening to AF is like being suspended in jello and trying to swim your way out of the suction by sheer will alone.

Listening to CM is like trying to listen to a whispered conversation from the end of a bowling lane. Nothing but gutter balls...like giant marbles.

I say this ONLY to point out that while we find it disturbing...how will a potential jury find their ability to capture and retain interest???

I know she needs to ask some questions about mitigating circumstances - but these 45 minutes lectures are way over the top! I think one of the reasons I find her hard to listen is because I have difficulty with anyone who speaks in a monotone.

Can you consider the person was a good employee at a job they pretended to have for two years?

I get the impression that AF is intimating at some form of attachment disorder or oppositional defiance disorder? Hmmmm

Do you think being Employee of the Year and being an awesome Event Planner for Universal are mitigating factors?
