This is utterly rediculous, they are asking questions specific to the case to feel out how the jurors will take the info they plan to give. Is this really allowed? I mean really, if they think she's truly innocent then the facts don't change! I'm just so confused as to why they are allowed to pose specific questions about thier case, it's like they are at trial FGS!!!!

Morning all!I have to say that watching this is more exhausting than working.I have been off all week and am way more tired than if I'd been working all week and I do actual physical work. But I am very impressed with JP,HE ROCKS,however I will be surprised if this starts next Tues, but that's OK as long as we get a fair jury.

wonder if GA and CA will give a victim impact statement after they are run over by the bus?

I think CA will---not sure about GA----BUT CA will blame jb and company----she won't consider that ICA is the supplier of this info....However, I am wondering why jb and crew haven't filed a suit against those who did the afore mentoned act....

I think the lack of impulse control will try to answer why KC was on stage grinding another woman at Fusian. jmo

I agree with him. I don't see what being a good employee would have to do with this case.

Exactly, I'm sure there are plenty of good employees who have committed capital murder and are/were on death row in the state of Florida! jmo

I really feel for these jurors as this is so much for them to digest! It's like learning a new language.

Exactly! I think the questioning by AF is part of her job mind you and something she's obviously done before to search for the answer the DT wants, but it's also very disheartening to hear a juror struggle with her phrasing. It's as if she was questioning their common sense.

What does the third round of questioning entail? Can anyone fill me in on that? Thanks in advance.

Who will give a victim impact statement for baby Caylee?

Which one? The real one or the imaginary one?

I'm not sure we know ICA'S employment history, not really, maybe her true employment will come out and it isn't a stellar occupation..I bet Af knows her hx.JMHO

#1 - she dropped out of high school without graduating when she was one credit away from graduating
#2 - she was not a good student - maybe a mediocre student
#3 - she was not a good employee - that would require having a job.

Speaking of the above... Does anyone know if the defense uses these as mitigating factors, will Casey's past teacher(s) & work supervisor(s) take the stand and speak to this? Or is the jury simply to accept the defenses opinion that Casey was a "good" student and employee? TIA.

Pinkney Chip Carter was a good employee for Publix Supermarket. He is on death row for murdering three people

Mr. George!! Always so courteous, and personable! :blowkiss:
