Channel 9 news started reporting on the case once the speculation came out that the jury might come from Pinnelas County. Other then that, they barely mentioned the case in a couple of year, except perhaps a moment that a hearing was held today.

Channel 9 is basically news all day long.

Not true. Bay News 9 has always carried news about Casey just not as extensive at Orlando.

I had the same question. Last I saw yesterday, HHJP was talking about instituting time limits today, but I didn't see the last few hours of yesterday's proceedings.

IIRC, Judge said 30 minutes per side for general voir dire

I know Patty....my mom knows I follow the case and after 2008 asked me what was going on with the case because she said the stations in that area didn't cover it after they found Caylee's body.

I'd thought HHJP had limited the questioning to max 1/2 hr for each side. I could be wrong!

He limited the questioning of General Voir Dire to 30 minutes for each side. This does not include the death penalty questions or the pre-trial publicity questions.

General Voir Dire is the last part of the questioning, at least as far as how Judge Perry has been running things, thus far. He always announces that it is time for General Voir Dire when that time occurs.
