Victim impact statement being discussed. The emotional impact on the victim's family is not an aggravating circumstance.

Wow just wow....check out this tweet...how careless of JB....just shows how technically challenged their team really is.....

MikeDeForest6 #CaseyAnthony defense team still using unsecured wifi. No big deal, but Baez sure panicked when my iPhone appeared on it yesterday.

yeah...WOW is right. Come on! Unsecured?!?

OMG...LDB detected a Pennsylvania accent. Down to Pittsburgh.

She was a nurse.....ding ding ding. Betcha Linda looked her up before she got back up.

That will upset jb--he pointed out yesterday that there were a lot of medical people on the juriors....

media will not be a distraction for pot. juror.

Great...next thing we know JB will say his client files were hacked!!! Just wait for it......that tweet will come back to haunt us all.

Kind of makes you wonder how secure Caylee's autopsy photos were if he isn't smart enough to secure his network.

She also works in anesthesia nursing now. (sp) Could be good help with chloroform issue.

I know that in Florida, but I'm just curious if it is a tie what would happen.

Great question for one of our experts. We have a special thread for them.

I wonder though if people who are potential juriors being asked these questions about the detah penalty as if the defense knows they are going to lose are typical in ANY death penalty trial even if the defense is very confident they will win.

LDB - have you ever been in a situation where you had to help care for your grandkids?
PJ - no, but I'm very involved in their lives.

I wonder why none of the attorneys are pointing that out? They are taking great pains to explain everything else, weighting of mitigating/aggravating, 2 phase trial, etc. Is it because the judge always follows what the jurors recommend?

It is because the jury will be required to decide. They can't say, you will decide, but the judge will also decide. That lets them off the hook.
