It is ridiculous, imo, to take into consideration Casey's age as a mitigating factor!

It does make since to take into consideration Caylee's age as an aggravating factor, though.

After CJBP read him the law. He says yes he could consider it.

HHJP saves the day...clarifys the question.... got the YES that they need.... he's on track now.....

"whether you're 18 or 67 you know whats right or wrong" ---- OOOOO I am starting to LIKE this guy... he has some BLACK AND WHITE thinking..... works well for the State!

The defense used a strike for the other guy that couldnt do it either. I thought he was good too. moo

I love this guy! Whether you are 18 or 67 you know right or wrong!

Good Morning my friends at Websleuths! I'm really excited today, just found out my son will graduate next Saturday 29th in his class of 580 seniors!:woohoo:

Nothing would top this day off better than finally sitting a jury and being ready for Tuesday to start this trial on time!:woohoo:

HHJP is cutting Ms. Finnell off at the pass regarding the age question - this boy is a quick learner, yes m'am. LOL!

Let's put the discussion regarding religion out of this thread as religion as well as politics is a VERY debatable subject.

KC was in her twenties at the time of the crime. I don't see where AF thinks that is so young as to be a mitigating factor. 16, 17 would possibly have a mitigating effect, but once you're in your twenties you are a full fledged adult when it comes to murder.

please real quick. I have been watching all week and what are the differences of mitigating and aggrivating circumstances?

oh cripes - AF already gave me a migraine. Now I have to take Maxalt and get really sleepy..

All is good, now. HHJP rehabilitated this guy. He now has to take into consideration age as a mitigating factor. Throw that common sense out of the window!! Agree with AF or else!!

The defense used a strike for the other guy that couldnt do it either. I thought he was good too. moo

They only get 10:great: MOST people believe this, whether they say so or not.

These jurors are asking for mercy at this point. The SA too. Throw in the judge. And us too.

If this woman talks like this in court, the jurors, the spectators, the witnesses, and even Casey will be begging for mercy.

Why, why, why does she repeat over and over and the judge doesn't say "ENOUGH. Time's up!"?

home from work... drinking coffee.. and just caught up...

seems like we have a winner so far, eh?

(and five dismissed thinking she is guilty...)

If JA was doing this he would be interrupting -he's already answered your question!
