Testimony seems light and breesy. Always sunny.

It almost sounds like JA and GA have gone over the testimony.

The SA is supposed to do this. It doesn't mean the SA encourages the witness to lie or tries to pressure the testimony, but the SA needs to know how the witness will answer the questions. In a case like this it could be legal malpractice if the SA didn't go over the expected testimony with a key witness prior to the witness taking the stand.

I am not sure how I feel about him yet. If he sits back and allows the defense to say the things they did about him to save Casey then I will not know what to think.

We knew there would be some sort of "sexual abuse" allegation ... but JB didn't have to be so "crude" ... absolutely disgusting !

It really bothers me that he lies about the little things like that.
