I knew by his demeanor when he first got on the stand that he was working with the state. I think the obvious defense tactic revealed during voir dire of accusing him of molestation was enough for GA and prompted him to decide to be as forthright and as cooperative with the prosecution as possible.

Maybe he will give a victim impact statement.

I hope that's what happened - do you think GA had an epiphany after talking to JA?

Cindy is chewing gum, and don't tell me she's not. Ugh, it's the little things that grate on my nerves as much as the big.

Hi peeps! :seeya:

This is past Ynot again, coming to you from about five pages ago. You guys are doing sooooo well and showing a lot of restraint here, so THANK YOU for that!

But do think twice before you hit that Post button. Some "<modsnip>"s and "<modsnip>"s have been sneaking in. Also a couple of "<modsnip>"s, which were quite alarming.

Keep it up and work on the self-editing. I look forward to meeting you sometime Friday afternoon when I catch up with you all in the future.

:tyou:

(PS: 1135 on this thread alone right now. All  to !)

You know ,a good lawyer may have been able to pull off the accident scenario, but JB is not a good lawyer. He over reached in his opening statement and now he can't get anything in.

JB's questioning is all over the map-he has no direction!:banghead:

how can he be asking these questions were they asked during direct and i just missed it?
