Is that a free pass to ask an objected to question?

I find myself looking forward to JB's cross just to see what foolishness comes out of his mouth.

It says alot when ICA has to whisper info to JB while the SA is questioning the witnesses. Shows how ill prepared JB really is. AND, funny thing, everything ICA is telling him is LIES about the witness!

Baez -- dear prudence. Can he not bone up on some courtroom etiquette? I love how the judge asked him what the relevance was and Baez didn't even hum but stood there and thought and BAM - sustained. And then Baez comes up with his answer as usual - a dollar short and a day late. I think KC is seeing the writing of how bad this is going.

I do feel for all these people though, not only are they drug through this mess, but everyone all over the world is watching their testimonies. Nice job ICA.

I find it highly amusing that when the jury is in the room, KC is all stoic looking...but as soon as a recess is called...she's just a little chatterbox, a-smilin' and havin' a good ole time.

These people need to expound and tell the entire story from beginning to end. These jurors supposedly don't know the "fill in" information like we do.

I really thought they did ask this perhaps not tools but "if she ever borrowed anything previously" and the witness answered NO:waitasec:
