I wish someone could explain to me how Baez can continue on with the whole spill of a drowning when the jury was directed not to use opening statements as evidence.
In my mind there are many ways to cross examine these witnesses to the DT's benefits as to what kind of mother Casey was to Caylee.

What am I missing here? And why is this being allowed to happen?
