It's open
So they didn't present it because it wasn't there? Is that a logical conclusion? That the evidence showed no signs of any kind of drowning... accidental or not?
I know a childhood sex victim, and it started when she was 8 and lasted until she was 25.
She cannot have children because of it and she still does not see herself as a victim even though her 40 year old "bf " went to jail for molesting her little sister, oh and he was her step dad.
She is 36 now and refers to him as her ex. He little sister went on to "have a relationship with a different sex offended at 13 she dated an 35 year old man.
These kids acted like it was not abuse and was normal. True story. I went to school with the girls my whole life ,was a friend to an extended family member and know them well. It turned my stomach my whole life.
Does anyone know who ICA broke off plans with when she said "I'm such a good liar?"

Thing is they never asked any of the Jury about sexual abuse. A big Question if ya ask me!
IMO that was probably a lie too... she was probably talking to Cindy lying about where Caylee was... just told Melissa she broke off plans to make herself seem so popular and much more in demand than she actually was. She makes me ILL.
A brief aside- but does anyone else think it will backfire on the defense if Casey shows any emotion (crying, etc) during trial? And crying about Lee's phone call while they were out partying?
I mean, if she was this wonder mom who was trained to block things out and smile, smile, smile, then shouldn't she be blocking out the trial, or the phone calls from Lee that upset her, etc? By their reasoning, she'd never be upset at all. Especially not over something trivial, like a phone call.
Did anyone else notice that ICA seemed to make eye contact/laugh with someone in the general direction of the jury??? After the jury was escorted out, she seemed quite pleased and said something to JB about it.
The juror (or whomever it was was) made KC smile.
