So they didn't present it because it wasn't there? Is that a logical conclusion? That the evidence showed no signs of any kind of drowning... accidental or not?

Werner's BIG challenge.......no tape

and you make a very logical conclusion, one does NOT indicate in a report that which is not present rather that which WILL support one's theory

I know a childhood sex victim, and it started when she was 8 and lasted until she was 25.

She cannot have children because of it and she still does not see herself as a victim even though her 40 year old "bf " went to jail for molesting her little sister, oh and he was her step dad.

She is 36 now and refers to him as her ex. He little sister went on to "have a relationship with a different sex offended at 13 she dated an 35 year old man.

These kids acted like it was not abuse and was normal. True story. I went to school with the girls my whole life ,was a friend to an extended family member and know them well. It turned my stomach my whole life.

Thing is they never asked any of the Jury about sexual abuse. A big Question if ya ask me!

Does anyone know who ICA broke off plans with when she said "I'm such a good liar?"

Did anyone else notice that ICA seemed to make eye contact/laugh with someone in the general direction of the jury??? After the jury was escorted out, she seemed quite pleased and said something to JB about it.

The juror (or whomever it was was) made KC smile.

IMO that was probably a lie too... she was probably talking to Cindy lying about where Caylee was... just told Melissa she broke off plans to make herself seem so popular and much more in demand than she actually was. She makes me ILL.

if we've got an approximate time, I can look it up - she could have also been phoney phone calling to show off to Melissa

Seeing Jose, LDB and JA all yukking it up has ruined my day.

A brief aside- but does anyone else think it will backfire on the defense if Casey shows any emotion (crying, etc) during trial? And crying about Lee's phone call while they were out partying?

I mean, if she was this wonder mom who was trained to block things out and smile, smile, smile, then shouldn't she be blocking out the trial, or the phone calls from Lee that upset her, etc? By their reasoning, she'd never be upset at all. Especially not over something trivial, like a phone call.

A non-smoker mentioned needing a smoke...well I'm thinking something stronger! WTF...I have never seen a trial like this.

As I said just as we were switching over, the jury is going to go to deliberations thinking WTH? Where is all the evidence on the sexual abuse? Where were the doctors, the shrinks at least, or ICA? And they will have nada.

Won't do any good if the DT starts blabbing wildly about it again in the penalty phase without actual proof....Too late by then.

I wonder if this is where the expression "No Way Jose" came from....hmmmm

I wouldn't put it past them to say that Casey has been rehabilitated in jail.:floorlaugh:

Does anyone know why the SA did not pursue questioning Ricardo Morales on the subject of Casey's trouble with getting Caylee to sleep especially since he is now excused and will not be called back, if I am understanding this correctly?

Maybe I am reading too much into this.

heck I question that evil glare she gives every witness....:waitasec:

Sorry if this has already been posted and please correct me if I am wrong, but it would appear KC was sleeping with TL and RM at the same time!!!
Why was she in RM's bed on June 9, but her relationship with TL started sometime near the end of May. Hmmm -- very busy indeed!!!!!

Just IMOO

I'm sure they'll spin it in their favor. She's tired of keeping up the family charade all these years, so she's cracking, etc. blah blah blah. I'm honestly surprised she hasn't been crying more than she has been. I know it's hard for her to work up tears, but I would imagine it would be part of their strategy. They won't want her to seem cold and uncaring for the jury.
