I am. Jurors aren't a different species; they are normal people, like us.All true, but you have to look at it from the juror's perspective. And as angry as it makes all of us, the DT is more than likely going to score some runs at some point, I have accepted that. And IMO - that was one. The way Mallory looked over at ICA and talked about a special bond.........yeah, point.

People aren't idiots. Jurors can use common sense just as I did. There are 12 of them. Odds are, at least a few of them realise that a "special bond" between a two year old and her mother is normal, no matter if the mother is crappy or not. A baby doesn't care.
She may not support but saying they had 'an incredible bond' doesn't win points for the state.
