Have you all forgotten? Yesterday Tony L. said he loved her! He'll be waiting for her when she walks out the door....

Are you serious? I am out of town and missed his testimony yesterday.

2 - 2.5 hours at IKEA? Wowsers!

All true, but you have to look at it from the juror's perspective. And as angry as it makes all of us, the DT is more than likely going to score some runs at some point, I have accepted that. And IMO - that was one. The way Mallory looked over at ICA and talked about a special bond.........yeah, point.
I am. Jurors aren't a different species; they are normal people, like us.

People aren't idiots. Jurors can use common sense just as I did. There are 12 of them. Odds are, at least a few of them realise that a "special bond" between a two year old and her mother is normal, no matter if the mother is crappy or not. A baby doesn't care.

She was shopping at Ikea for furniture, she was getting a house soon!!!!!

  • #405
 They went to IKEA because Casey was going to be moving into a house soon, she needed furniture.

I like this guys testimony.

  • #407
OMG, another friend with kids going to move in together and get a stay in nanny.

  • #408
Closer to whom?

To KC.... at the beginning when ask if she was close to the defendant, Mallory stated that she was closer to KC now than she was before.

  • #409
Ooohhh, part truth there: she did alot of work on the computer at home....searching for ways to kill her little girl.

  • #410
"She loved her job" HA HA HA!

  • #411
I thought she said that about Cindy?

To KC.... at the beginning when ask if she was close to the defendant, Mallory stated that she was closer to KC now than she was before.

  • #412
She did a lot of work from home and loved her job! I'll bet!

  • #413
 Casey told Will that she loved her job!

  • #414
It blows my mind listening to all of these people talk about the lies KC told. I knew she was a liar from all of the doc dumps, but she takes lying to a whole new level.

It's a huge warehouse type furniture store. You get on a runner and it takes you through the whole place. It takes hours to go through the whole thing. I have never been (would love to) had several friends tell me abut it though.

True, but there may be that juror that is hanging on to "her father's p@#$%" and "special bond". You cannot ever read a jury.

She may not support but saying they had 'an incredible bond' doesn't win points for the state.

I don't see how a mother who lies about having a job and cons her friend into babysitting her infant for free for approximately 8 months so the mother can just go out and do whatever is a mother that has an incredible bond with their child.

I was very upset to have to go back to work right after my daughter was born. I missed her when I was away from her, and I very rarely got a babysitter to 'go out'. My friends either came over or we did 'kid-friendly' things. I was 17.
