You didn't miss very much at all. They only talked about looking for ICA on Church street and what an amazing bond ICA and Caylee had. I bet she will be called back at some point. Probably by the defense

I just wish state would ask the judge to have CM STOP rubbing on ICA,I find it offensive and inappropriate. STOP it she does not need comforting :maddening::maddening:

I would imagine we are going to see ICA crying a lot as she realizes:

1. it's not looking good, she's going to loose.

She is pulling the white shirt under the jacket up to her elbows from the shoulder area (hope that makes sense) then she keeps tucking the top of the white shirt under to make it appear to be a v-neck.

I'm not blaming CA for Caylee's death. I don't think CA thought in her wildest dreams that KC would intentionally kill her. I am shocked at how bad KC was. As a nurse CA should have had more knowledge of personality disorders and available help than the average person. I don't think KC suddenly got this way after the birth of Caylee.

IMO Cindy has personality issues of her own. Not sure she would recognize a disorder in Casey- she was too busy dealing with the day to day crisis' Casey was creating. Stealing, cheating, lying. In Cindys world everything projected to the outside world had to be We Are The Perfect Family. She lived in a world of her own just like CAsey did, IMO.

I have no idea why the State isn't objecting. It assumes facts that are not in evidence.

I'm a layperson knowing nothing about forensics, etc., but is it possible that the State is letting them get away with it because they can prove it was not a drowning?

I think it is a strategy, Baez jumping up and down like a demented rabbit tends to make his client look really guilty, objecting every two minutes makes him look like she has something to hide.

Why interrupt when someone is doing your job for you, I'm sure the defense find it quite amusing.
