Caylee could climb the steps, with help, then wait for Cindy on the platform. Would wait until Cindy was in the pool to jump in. So Cindy could catch her.

Cindy says Caylee could climb the steps by herself, though.

OMG ICA could have used that shovel to lift the stone flooring in the playhouse so she could bury Caylee there.

That's what I thought too when I heard Cindy say that the playhouse floor was made of pavers.

Yep, and when KC realized that she could not control her anger over her mom talking lovingly about Caylee and then NOT looking at her when Cindy left the courtroom, and realizing Cindy might not lie for her afterall, KC purposely turned this anger into 'she's going to protect him'... so that EVERYONE could see. She made a HUGE point of not covering her mouth for this. Well calculated way for KC to make it work for her.

Showing us out here in viewer-land doesn't help her. The jury missed it.
