All LE testimony is very bad for DT. ICA continued with her Zanny story. Listening to this testimony blows me away. ICA is absolutely diabolical. Moment after moment she has the chance to say this was an accident and doesn't. For THREE YEARS!

AA: Marked patrol car. Sat in rear of marked patrol car. Was not under arrest. Was not hadncuffed.
AA: I asked her if she was willing to go with me in my vehicle. She advised me yes.
LDB: Your understanding she was taking you to last location she saw her child?
AA: Yes
LDB: Anyone you transport not under arrest do you take further steps once in vehicle to make sure they continue to be their voluntarily?
AA: Yes
LDB: What steps?
AA: Keep verbal communication - how are you doing - if anytime you don't want to be in vehicle please advise me.
LDB: Any point she tell you she wants to go back to her residene, get out, anything of that nature?
AA: No
LDB: Where did you go?
AA: To Sawgrass Apts. On Conway - exact numerical have to refer to my report. 2863 South Conway Road.
LDB How long did it take to get from Hopespring to Conway?
AA: Only a few minutes.
LDB: Can you tell from reports of OSCO or do you recall what time you would have arrived at Sawgrass?
AA: Exact time notated in call log - would have to look.

Something's going to happen.. this trial can't continue with JB as her legal counsel. She deserves to fry at the stake BUT she's also entitled to competent representation. This IS TRULY HARD to watch. If I was the prosecution I wouldn't even feel comfortable trying this case alongside JB.

Do we know where JB received his degree? What are his qualifications? Where did he attend school? HONESTLY FOLKS.......

But, I think the training was supposed to be done by CM before the trial started. Where was he all these months?

I am surprised that the Sawgrass apartments actually exist. With all her imaginary friends she could have at least made an set of imaginary apartments.

This HAS TO BE part of a plan for appeal.....

JB failed to object prior to trial...is asking now.....=big goof on their part.

The moment I realized there may be an issue here.....TODAY????

Heck, even Casey eventually figured out the recordings were showing up on NG and other tv shows.
