I would have to recommend that you steel yourself and dive on into both threads. Some of the best sleuthing I've seen here.

This is only my opinion:

If something happens that ICA has a re-trial I would bet everything that I own she will be her own attorney like Ted Bundy did.

She's probably silly enough she could do it...I have to admit she has such extreme audacity!

If she tells the whole story from her long deposition, it will keep the jurors' attention, that's for sure. They will have to decide if it is true, just like everything else, but she had me riveted to her every word, I just read it this week, knowing nothing about her, and was like, "wow, are you kidding me, George?"

I have to say....my hat is off to the members of Florida law enforcement. From the top (Judge Perry, SAs) on down the chain (Yuri Melich, Bloise, the various CSIs) this is a wonderfully spoken, mature and professional group of individuals. I have been so impressed with each one as they have taken the stand. I am glad they were all hand picked by God to be a part of Caylee's team. I applaud all of you! Thanks for a job well done. :cheer:

I think she could be a huge witness for the DT. When she testifies that George told her it was an 'accident that snowballed out of control!" That will be huge for them. The state can say that he only said that because he did not want to think his daughter was a killer. That might help buffer it a little.

I think it all depends upon how credible River Cruz is.

She is just "chomping at the bit" to stand up and object or speak, and maneuver around that courtroom just like she is one of the attorneys.

She just cannot handle it that she is sitting there as the "defendant" -- accused of 1st degree murder !

The way she gives the attorneys at the DT table "marching orders" is just unbelievable !

I wonder if there are others like me who grit their teeth when watching/hearing both JB and CM when they interrogate witnesses. Dentists might be puzzled by the increase in patients suffering from fractured teeth stress. This is getting painful to watch/listen as the DT goes on the attack. They are downright despicable when confronting anyone associated with LE. Law envy maybe?

Here is a video of ICA going off at Baez. It's at the tail end at 12.00m. Baez has his hand over ICA's as in a trying to calm her down sort of way and then Baez probably realises what he's doing and quickly moves his hand away.

From what I've heard from her she does seem to me to be fairly credible, I guess they can always put George back up and refute her claims if untrue then it is his word against hers. I don't really think her testimony is going to add much because it seems that George was thinking this was an accident that ICA just refused to admit to - he'd much rather that then think of his daughter as a murderer, and this is where ICA and Baez have sunk themselves, by pulling George into their ridiculous defense nonsense, that was pretty much blown out of the water with the jail visitations.

I am watching Dr. Drew on the re-run on HLN. He just had on a "criminal defense attorney" who "believes" that ICA was "sexually abused" by GA ... which I DO NOT BELIEVE -- MOO MOO MOO.

Also, this "criminal defense attorney" went on to say that she herself was a victim of "sexual abuse" from age 3 until 10 years ago when she got married --- sorry but she did not give her "current age" and I missed her name.

This "cr def attorney" went on to say that the reason ICA acts the way she does is because of the sexual abuse ...

Where in the world is HLN getting all these "talking heads" from ?

And another one that needs to get off the air is LKB -- she has been on HLN all week longggggggggggg !

She was saying it would have made her just too sad to be at the house without Caylee. In reality she knew she would have gotten NO SLEEP with CA there badgering her about Caylee's whereabouts - good try though ICA... :loser:

I have a question for anyone-

Cindy and Casey brought up something about menus that Cindy had found- where KC talks about wanting to get up at 5am and working out- list of breakfast, lunch and dinner - Where KC is talking about bagels and Cream Cheese and that if this were for Caylee it would have mini pancakes, etc- then Cindy responds with "Caylee likes bagels and cream cheese"

The reason I ask is because ICA says Baez asked about it 3 or 4 times.
What is the significance of these menus I've never heard of before now?????

Weird, I know, but it struck me odd.

IIRC the menus were in the work bag, ICA said she wanted to become a personal trainer, this was part of her "get healthy routine". If JB asked about the menus three times (three, the liars number - ICA uses it a lot!) - IMO it could have been part of the Caylee's alive theory - you would not make menus for a deceased person...anyhoo, CA saying Caylee likes bagels and ICA replying 'we're the same little person' made me want to gag.

The menus are really not relevant to anything except they could be added to ICA's fake resume.

BBM: The DT has "attacked" just about every witness the SA has put on the stand.

And that is because the DT has NOTHING -- therefore, they have to do "Character Assassination" ! It is "insulting" -- especially to LE and the experts who have testified so far.

I am sure the Jury is seeing through these "shenanigans" by the DT.

The bottom line is the DT has NO CLASS ... NONE at all . . .
