Have you noticed (because I have noticed it 3 times now) that JB will mention multiple things, then ask a question.
When the witness goes to answer the question in reference to the multiple things, JB will say, "That is not my question." But it was the question.

I really think JB is aware that he has been coming off snarky to the jury and is trying to behave nicer. But, this doesn't seem to come naturally for him, jmo.

Why is Casey handing things to her attorney?

Very weird!

I noticed the other day, JB started speaking from the defense table and Casey quickly reached over and pushed the button on the mic to 'On'.
JB hadn't turned on the mic to address His Honor and Casey was super-quick on the draw to make sure the mic was turned on.

Another time, JB walked from the podium to front of defense table and Casey already had in her hand what JB was going for (stack of papers band together), just like a little bit ago.

Again, I think it's Very, VERY strange behavior between JB and his client.

Hmmm...... I wonder if she gets paid 'under the table' for all her "help". *giggles*

The handler Forgey said the CSI team scraped off the surface of the place that Gerus alerted by the playhouse, and the following day Gerus did not alert in the yard.

Now Suburban drive call - Gerus and Forgey didn't find the remaining bones that were still there - not even any alerts

Not anywhere near to it. The play house is in the back L corner and the picnic table close to it.

It's the opposite side of the yard. Not close

That might be why he wants to fight it. Although, it's easy to work in to an accidental drowning theory (body was moved).

I am surprised that JB has not tried to exclude this evidence on the basis that the handler has not kept appropriate records of all the previous times the dog alerted (is that not what the officer testified to)?
