I am going to make myself unpopular here I know. But JA was being sneaky by subsituting the cans and saying the existing can is not in evidence so JB cannot cross-examine on the basis of the can "substituted" out.

I love Dr. Vass and Ashton, but I gotta say this was a sloppy mistake by Ashton when introducing revolutionary new science by a witness he knew would be under fire by the defense.

Yesterday, I wondered why Vass just said "I believe so" instead o "yes" or "correct" when shown the can. Now, glad he did.

I don't know why someone would even think of putting a bag of trash in the trunk of their car. Makes no sense. When I was in college some people would put their trash bags on the TOP of their hood or trunk to drive it to the apartment dumpster. I never saw anyone put the trash bags in the trunk of their car.

My husband just put the trash in his car to take to the dump...We have too many people to do the home trash, it would cost us much more..On the other hand after watching all this i hope he don't get in a car accident...
