Just jumping back in for a minute to try to catch up. The Orlando Sentinel reports: Sidebar chat shows Baez worried Casey looked like a lesbian in photos
Photos in dispute are of Casey Anthony dancing with another woman at Club Fusion during the time Caylee was missing in 2008.

Really, that's what he's worried about? Oh that's rich.
Maybe she can use that to benefit her in the big house when she gets there.

Well he shouldn't worry because she doesn't look like a lesbian, she looks like an annoying pretend lesbian who is trying to get attention from boys who like *advertiser censored*.

From the article:

Baez tells Perry: "I would just lay out for our argument that any photos that would implicate or insinuate in any way that my client is a lesbian through the dancing she is doing with this other woman..."

At that point Perry cuts him off and asks, "Have you been to nightclubs in the last three or four years?"

Help!

Question: ICA met Tony May 31st, 2008

She did the internet searches on March 17th and March 21st.

If the motive is Tony, that can't be true - she hadn't met him yet.

What's your take on why she was searching in March? She hadn't heard about Tony only wanting boys, etc.

Thanks!

Mel

mom and dad plot to murder them or research on ways to subdue an inconvenient child temporarily. That's my :twocents:

George and Cindy's attorney was on with Vinnie this evening. He stated something to the effect of G & C met with the DT and were told that the DT needed to do what they were doing in order to try and save Casey.....bottom line, G & C must have agreed to let the dirt fly to try and keep Casey from the DP if convicted..

Knowing it was going to happen and agreeing to it are two very different things.

For

A NEWS JUNKIE!! Thank you so much for all your contributions!!!

:clap::yourock::woohoo:

Or maybe a home depot video buying trash bags, or stuff to make chloroform? That's the only other think I can think of :waitasec:

AND take that thought a step further....IF she DID buy such items there is NO WAY to get around premeditation!!!!

I don't think Tony was the motive per se - if anything just the final straw. She wanted a free, unencumbered life before he came on the scene. When were those gross IM chats with the police guy? The other Tony? (was his name tony? I get her men confused) - the one with the "snot nose" comment. Anyway, I think she wanted to be free of parenthood the entire time. When she met Tony and Amy and the "full sail crew", she saw even more a life she wanted for herself. My guess is that most of them came from fairly comfortable homes and families. They were in college and therefore wanted to advance in their professions. I think that was just the final push - not the main motive. JMO

Hah, what a laugh. Child murder, lies to the nth degree, a thousand professionals trying to work out the extent of her evil deeds, people trooping in daily to tell even more about her soulless, heartless actions and lies - and JB would actually care if she kinda sorta came across as a lesbian? He only wishes she could be seen in any light at all that suggested a normal urge for normal relationships with another member of the human race.

So, after the url was visited 84 times shocker. Lets think about it for a minute before we assume anything. There was no time frame given for the 84 searches ie over the past 3 hours, over the past 3 days, over the past 3 months. JB went to the podium with a report that said the url was visited 1 time. This was not the witnesses report. SIDE BAR. There are a lot of smiles and it looks like some laughter amongst the participants of the side bar. LDB shows CM and JB a report, and they look it over, and ask a few questions. CM looks amused as does HHJP. JB not so much initially, but then even he is smiling. SIDE BAR ends, and HHJP dismisses the jury. After the jury leaves, the witness looks quizzically at HHJP, as if asking either, what just happened or can I go? HHJP says, they will explain it to you, (indicating the prosecution team), and tells him he will see him in the morning. KC is very animated talking to JB and CM. She doesn't look angry to me, she looks like she is confused about what had just happened. CM talks to her and moments later the escort her out.
So to me, before I jump to any conclusions about the 84 times the site was visited, I am going to wait until JB gets a chance to finish with this witness.

Yeah, I don't know what happened either. Except I do know that JB smiles and laughs at almost every sidebar - he faces the jury and slaps on a smile and congenial air and "everything's just great!" attitude and never forgets he's got an audience. IMO. Still I'm very curious to hear the first testimony by Bradley in the morning.

Here you go...It's News Junkies Trial photo thread...on page 3 look at Casey's face in the next to the last photo and then above that photo you can see the one where JB is looking into the camera as he's fiddling with his wallet.

When you look at the photos, notice the deputy standing at the door waiting to take Casey back, it looks to me like he is clearly frustrated!

By the look on JB's face, she's asking him to spot her a 20.
(Sorry, I've watched too much today - see ya'll tomorrow. Let's all think happy thoughts before bedtime tonight...)

After the jury was dismissed ICA was blah, blah, blahing Jose. He didn't look directly at her, he even rolled his eyes - he then said "Yeah you were right". She replied "I know I was right, blah blah I am right." Jose still giving her the cold shoulder, ICA sat down looking pizzed still blah-blahing but I couldn't make out anymore of what she said.

How was court today? I missed most of it. :banghead: I did read a few posts and some tweets and caught the first couple of hours. The computer forensics sounded pretty interesting, what I caught of it. Did you guys think it was interesting?

Some tweets I read said the jurors looked like they were sleeping!

As I recall, GA was talking to LE regarding the stench in KC's car and (paraphrasing) referencing that he knew that smell and just talking about it made him feel like he could vomit and I believe he had to leave the interview to do just that.

Please correct if this info is wrong. TY

I just read the depo a few days ago and the detective told George he was going to play the 911 call for him because the media had requested it and they had to release it. George asked if he could call Lee in to watch it with him. While they waited for Lee to get there George said he was feeling bad and had to get some fresh air, went outside and threw up.

Love the judge's response:

The info was really interesting, though the witness was very dry, even when describing very interesting, shocking, chilling things (the computer searches) and I think the jury had a hard time paying attention, sadly. However it ended on a really good note, with the computer guy Bradley explaining that there were 84 visits to the 'how to make chloroform' site.

LDB was great today, I thought. And the second cadaver dog Bones - his handler was there and reinforced the hit in the yard in the same place Forgey testified to.!! All in all a good day - the witnesses were a bit low-key, but the information was really good.
