On purpose. Toilet paper might be a bit scratchier than kleenex. She might actually have a red nose and redness under her eyes today. They're hoping someone might actually buy her little act.

Okay - I've cracked the Defence Code!
A minute or so ago, ICA was looking pretty natural - just glaring straight ahead.

BUT, as soon as the word "Skull" was brought up, down went the head, up came the kleenex, and "The Thinker" position resumed.

I'm going to watch and see how many times this happens today.

From sick to angry:

OOPS ... those pics were suppose to be the other way around.

KC didn't look sick to me yesterday, only angry. Same today, except added to the anger is a look I can only describe as "hatred". One of those "if looks could kill" kind of glare. It's hard to explain, but I think we've all seen that kind of look at one point or another in life.

This witness is very good, very experienced, but I think he's losing people - including the Jurors - and even worse, speaking too quickly which is not affording them the very important opportunity to take notes. Hopefully the SA will adjust their questioning to touch only on the VITAL POINTS they want to make. Giving him the chance to expound is confusing due the how quickly he talks.
