The jury might have to kick this testimony since there is no picture of the heart sticker. She should have taken a photo as soon as she saw it. But hindsight is always 20/20.

Maybe. But not if the jury disregards Baez' obvious alluding that the FBI has nothing better to do than to conspire and manufacture evidence to frame ICA.

I do wish she had taken an initial picture though. Too bad.

I understood her saying that the solutions/chemicals she had to use to extract fingerprints destroyed the heart sticker residue, hopefully the jury did too...

Not on the tape itself. The residue from the sticker was there and the sticker found elsewhere at the scene when recovering the body.

See...IIRC...that sticker wasn't actually a sticker...I believe they found a heart shape hair clip of some kind.
Sorry...there has been way too much info given over 3 years.

I disagree. If she was smart enough to do that then she wouldn't have put a heart shaped sticker on the tape which could be linked back directly to her.

And don't forget she was in a hurry to get the heck out of there.

I don't remember any being found in ICA's car, at the A home, or at the crime scene.

If she had deviated from proper lab protocol for her position then it would have been an issue so she was correct to move on.

Agree and the fact that she's such a "rules person" will give even more weight to her discovery.
